First item and the only item of business is Resolution R-2372, an amended resolution conditionally authorizing the withdrawal of the Village of Oakbrook from the Intergovernmental Risk Management Agency, otherwise known as IRMA. I have a motion for the approval of Resolution R-2372. So moved. Second. Village Manager Summers, would you please present this item?

Yes, but prior consideration is the agenda item and in follow-up to yesterday's court proceedings, I request that the board adjourn to executive session to consider litigation probable or imminent against affecting or on behalf of the village pursuant to 2C11 of the Illinois Open Meetings Act.

Okay, with that said, may I have a motion to adjourn to closed session to consider litigation probable or imminent or pending against affecting or on behalf of the village pursuant to Section 2C11 of the Illinois Open Meetings Act.
