My name is Chip Stasel and I am here because of the initiative to relocate to the underground. And I would like to give an explanation for that. I have been a resident and owner of Newport Heights for 15 years. I think my first point is that the money that would be required for the relocation in the basement could be used for so many different types. For example, for street lamps, sidewalks or even solar energy for every house. But it could possibly also be used to improve and modernize the infrastructure of our power grid. If this proposal for relocation into the underground were to be implemented, all of our tax money that was used for this improvement would have been wasted by the destruction of the new gas stations and the new gas stations in the new electrical equipment.
