Planning and Zoning Commission - Regular Meeting

Well, it Awesome. Yes. All right, we will call the regular meeting to order for the planning and zoning commission of April 2nd, 2025. We'll start with a roll call. Chair Hume here. Vice Chair Koshell here. Commissioner Quinn here. Commissioner Barakello. Commissioner Gala here. Commissioner Schwarzer here. Commissioner Billstein here. We have quum. Thank you. And uh Commissioner Barkeella called in so he's excused for today. We will start with our pledge of allegiance. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

Thank you very much, Commissioner. Um so we don't have I don't believe we have any unscheduled public appearances. So we will move straight into our consent agenda. Um at the previous study session uh we were briefed on the resoning the one item on the consent agenda the reasonzoning for the countrywide Fry Road campus. And um the meeting minutes for the last meeting will be addressed um at our upcoming meeting. So today we have just on our consent agenda one item and I'm wondering if there's someone who would like to make a motion. Vice chair. Yes. Make a motion to accept the con consent agenda as presented with the additional uh addendum memorandum. Second. Okay. It's been moved and seconded to um accept the consent agenda with the two revisions presented in the memo from Taylor earlier. Um revising condition number two and deleting condition number four. Is there any discussion? Any questions or comments? If not, all in favor of uh this approval I I um any opposed? Okay, very good. It uh passes six unanimously. Six to zero. Thank you. All right. So, um for our calendar, we have the next upcoming meeting, April 16th, has been cancelled. So, we will meet back here on Wednesday, May 7th. Thank you all very much.
