Planning Board - Regular Meeting

to the special edition Tuesday of your beloved planning board today's February 18th 2025 um as always this meeting is being record is being recorded may be broadcast or and or rebroadcast on West cat uh we start as normal with open Forum Mr genoz nothing Mr chair in the audience anybody on the board no I I have one thing great the um CC chair um actually did a presentation for the affordable housing trust last month or this month beginning of the month on um the new specialized code and would like to also present it to the planning board so I'm throwing it out to that's coming to town meeting looking for support from folks so do you want to have before planning board to talk uh he they want to talk before planning board before they can come okay all right so I will let you know there invite them for the next meeting to share their contact okay super thank you they'll give us an overview of what's going on what they're asking for at town meeting to go to the stretch the specialized code and the stretch Cod I don't have to watch a recording of the other one exactly um all right so we don't have any public hearing items uh we have General business PB 1707 Spalding Hill States uh request that the board one reduce the bond for St Paul Lane from station 1050 to 1500 reduce the bond St Paul Lane from Station 15 station 20.5 and reduce the bond St Paul Lane station 215 to the end with a minimum 15% retainage to be accepted by Future town meeting does uh engineering have a report for us uh so they are comfortable with the form G amounts as it is there are some punch list items outstanding um

but those are things that they feel comfortable with the amount that would be reserved under the 15% could be handled um and things that are more weather dependent so um they're comfortable with the amounts uh presented this evening all right and I see they've signed off and everything only one that hasn't is us so I guess we need a motion for each reduction so I guess a motion from uh say Paul Lane station 10.5 to 15 uh retainers to be help so what do we do is the 15% I actually put something for you there look at that uh okay motion for station 10.5 to 15 to $6,193 so Mo second all those in favor say I I motion to bond for St Paul Lane from station 550 to station 215 to 104 02882 is there a motion second all in favor say I I I uh motion to reduce the bonds for St Paul Lane from station 21.5 to end uh to the amount reduce the amount of 154 03980 so second all those in favor say I I thank Mr fler great thank you very much thanks for coming out good night enjoy your dinner all right and we don't have any review draft minutes I didn't see if there's any correspondence nothing in there we threw in there as a public hearing notice we received from Groton they're also going through their flood plane uh update so we just want to let you know you're you're not alone in tackling that for annual town meeting
