Upon the recommendation of the LLSBC, to approve the Letter of Agreement (LOA) for Energy Efficiency Project #Long Lots Elementary School P1 CT26P03134722 between the Town of Westport and The Connecticut Light and Power Company d/b/a Eversource Energy for financial incentives related to proposed whole building energy efficiency improvements and measures at the Long Lots Elementary and Stepping Stones Preschool Building project.
Approve Customer Agreement between the Town and Ecopia Tech Corp for GIS Update
Upon the recommendation of the Software Administrator and IT Director and subject to final legal review, to approve the Customer Agreement between Ecopia Tech Corporation and the Town of Westport for the purpose of updating the Town's GIS data to enhance internal operations and public-facing services.
Approve Agreement between the Town and Classic Turf Co for Staples Tennis Courts Replacement
Upon the recommendation of the Director of Parks & Recreation, to approve the Agreement between the Town of Westport and Classic Turf Company, LLC for the Replacement of the Staples High School Tennis Courts (Bid Number 26-160T).
