Adoption of a Proclamation declaring January 2026, as Human Trafficking Awareness Month in Osceola County.

Recognition of County employees who will celebrate a milestone anniversary of 10, 15, 20, 25, and 35 years of service with Osceola County, during the month of January 2026.

Presentation of the Experience Kissimmee Strategic Plan by Jason Holic, Chief of Destination Stewardship.

Approval and authorization for the Chair/Vice Chair to sign the Disbursement Warrant Report which shows the total of all checks, drafts, wire transfers and transfers between depository accounts issued from the various bank accounts of the County for the pay period of November 30, 2025.

Section 136.06 Florida Statutes requires the County to record in the minutes the total amounts of withdrawals of funds from depositories; direct deposits; and transfer of funds made for any and all purposes.

Adoption of a Proclamation declaring January 18, 2026, through January 24, 2026, as National Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA) Week in Osceola County.

Adoption of the revised By-Laws for the Library Advisory Board as follows: Article III, Section B, changing the terms of Board Members from One Year to Two Years.

Approval and authorization for the Chair/Vice Chair to sign Amendment #1 to the service agreement with Big Dog Express, Incorporated of Pahokee, Florida, to increase expenditures for the grinding and disposal of wood waste at the County's Bass Road Facility, due to yard waste exceeding the contract annual volume and continued increase from county growth and storm surges, through June 30, 2027.

Estimated expenditures shall increase by $544,000.00, not to exceed $1,904,000.00 annually for a total not to exceed $3,808,000.00 through June 30, 2027 (RFP-25-15037-JG).

Approval of expenditures with Presidio Networked Solutions LLC, New York, New York, as an authorized reseller of the awarded contractor Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company, for the purchase, installation, maintenance and support of storage appliances that support critical public safety services which are nearing end of life.

In accordance with the State of Florida Alternate Contract Source #43210000-23-NASPO-ACS, titled, Computer Equipment, Peripherals, and Services; and authorization for the County Manager to sign any agreements, renewals, and related statements of work; estimated expenditures shall not exceed $415,000.00 through June 30, 2026 (PBA-26-15616-JG).

Approval of expenditures with Daktronics Incorporated, for the purchase and installation of Daktronics equipment in the existing scoreboard at the Silver Spurs Arena as the current components and operating programs are outdated and have reached end of service.

In accordance with Sourcewell Contract #030223, titled, Scoreboards, Digital Displays, and Video Boards with Related Services, in the amount of $183,936.00. The upgraded equipment will provide improvements in ease of use and simplification of the system operations and improved workflows (PBA-26-15645-EN). Commission District 2.

Appointment to replace Maria Revelles, "Category, Citizen of Osceola County", whose term expired on December 31, 2025.

Appointment to replace David Couch, "General Contractor", who resigned, whose term expires on March 03, 2027.

Appointment to replace Jacob Dorn, whose term expired on December 31, 2025.

Appointment to replace Sarah Zern "District 5", whose term expired on December 31, 2025.

Appointment to replace Kathy Frazier-Kenny, Seat 7, Collector whose term expired on October 24, 2025.
