Approval and authorization for the Chair/Vice Chair to sign Amendment #1 to the service agreement with Big Dog Express, Incorporated of Pahokee, Florida, to increase expenditures for the grinding and disposal of wood waste at the County's Bass Road Facility, due to yard waste exceeding the contract annual volume and continued increase from county growth and storm surges, through June 30, 2027.

Estimated expenditures shall increase by $544,000.00, not to exceed $1,904,000.00 annually for a total not to exceed $3,808,000.00 through June 30, 2027 (RFP-25-15037-JG).

Approval of expenditures with Presidio Networked Solutions LLC, New York, New York, as an authorized reseller of the awarded contractor Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company, for the purchase, installation, maintenance and support of storage appliances that support critical public safety services which are nearing end of life.

In accordance with the State of Florida Alternate Contract Source #43210000-23-NASPO-ACS, titled, Computer Equipment, Peripherals, and Services; and authorization for the County Manager to sign any agreements, renewals, and related statements of work; estimated expenditures shall not exceed $415,000.00 through June 30, 2026 (PBA-26-15616-JG).

Approval of expenditures with Daktronics Incorporated, for the purchase and installation of Daktronics equipment in the existing scoreboard at the Silver Spurs Arena as the current components and operating programs are outdated and have reached end of service.

In accordance with Sourcewell Contract #030223, titled, Scoreboards, Digital Displays, and Video Boards with Related Services, in the amount of $183,936.00. The upgraded equipment will provide improvements in ease of use and simplification of the system operations and improved workflows (PBA-26-15645-EN). Commission District 2.
