Authorize the Auditor-Controller to make the related budget adjustments, increasing appropriations by $13,093,917, with offsetting revenue from the Measure W Home Together Fund, as outlined in the attached financial recommendation

Adopt a Resolution to waive the County's competitive procurement requirements with respect to these Agreements;

Authorize the President of the Board to sign the contract, subject to review and approval as to form by County Counsel, of said work to be completed within 60 working days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed; and submit the executed copy to the Clerk of the Board for filing;
Approve the encumbrance of an additional $388,457.21 as a Supplemental Work Allowance (SWA) for a total encumbered amount of $4,273,029.38 for the project, and authorize the Director to approve contract changes as necessary against the SWA; and
