7:10pm Continued Public Hearing: 280 Berry St #2025-11 Eliot & Tracy Jamgochian (Applicant/Owner) seek approval of a definitive subdivision plan entitled “Renner Farm Estates” by United Consultants, Inc., 850 Franklin St, Wrentham, MA dated December 4, 2025, located at 280 Berry St showing a new cul-de-sac roadway, 2 proposed lots, and a Stormwater Permit under Wrentham General Code Chapter 351, for the work shown on the submitted plans.

7:15pm New Public Hearing: Amend Wrentham Zoning By-Laws by the following
- Amend §390-3.2 “Zoning Map” to expand Business Retail District along South St and language to reflect map changes, and - Amend §390-4.2 “Use Regulation Schedule” to change uses allowed in the Business Retail district, and - Amend §390-4.11 “Accessory dwelling units” to update certain definitions and applicability of regulations to non-conforming lots, and - Amend §390-19, “Definitions” & “Use regulations” to include “Self-Service Storage Facility”
