Good afternoon. It's 6 o'clock. I'm calling the meeting to order, please. Could we do a roll call? That's kind of gross. Oh, yes. I'm going to call, too. Thank you, President. Thank you, everyone. Thank you. I think we also have a brief summary of the period of events, but in terms of the time frame, we're not sitting in a room, and we're not going to talk about the topics discussed in the brief, but we will ask for any letter of comment during the summary, and then some specific letters from residents who are in the room. As a reminder, if you speak to the Council on a matter which is not listed on the agenda, you may submit the request to speak to the City Clerk or the So you need to do what you think is best for someone in the current event. The next event, current event, will start on the 4th of June, 10th of October, which will be the Congress next year event. This is a premier event with the Wednesday of October. This is the start of the program for Hispanic small business entrepreneurs. And we'll start off with 11th of June. on the plan for the old town as a plan. And there was a large number of people listening to everyone listening. It was a great turnout. And it was just evidence that the place and the residents and business owners thought it was a good time. And this was the peak of us. It was a master plan effort with opportunities in the coming months for public and frontier news and survey. Also, I mentioned earlier that our transit team successfully appeared as a direct-award, as data, as the data that we added up in QC. The initial grant award behind the survey was $1,000,000. To have, you know, I feel like that, for a grant, for a total of $1,000,000 of support, it was $1,000,000, $2,000,000 of support to the effort. And, um, state and federal auditors also, for their efforts, they gave us a distribution of $1,000,000. And then we don't know if it's going to start at the library system. Hopefully, we're going to be able to get that done. So that's going to be a fantastic time for a visualized celebration at the Coffman Park Park. It's going to be a full visualized from 4 PM to 9.30 PM. The public can come and enjoy seafood, fish, and food at 6 p.m. and swimmables. Adults can be pre-trained to sleep. These activities and genders are important for the management of salaries before and after the sales. Respectively, salaries for the day at 9 p.m. and at 5 p.m. is the answer to the question. This one is for you guys. You're the host. It's a memorabilia-type bookmark. I started doing my tape for the 6th of June. It's a type of community podcast. The music will feature music, dancing, food, and other produce for fathers and daughters. The page has some memories to give. To get these reports, you will need some extra money from your time, business, or value for purchase. Register.com. You're the host. You've got a blog. It's live.com. You're the host. Go. presentation. This initiative wanted to improve the objective of destination building, too. This is the work that we've been engaging with for a long time at Calgary. Good evening. My name is Meg Hassell. I'm the special secretary for creative and personal economic development at Calgary. The City of Cottonwood is the official destination marketing organization for Cottonwood. DestinationMQ is contracted by the City to facilitate the DMO's marketing program. This voluntary update tonight serves as an opportunity for commercial members to hear the status of the tourism marketing program and to have the opportunity to ask them questions that we don't necessarily want to bring into the community. So, we hope to answer questions about destination marketing so that that opportunity will be The goal here is just to let you know about marketing, for tourism, what we're doing, how we work with our staff in terms of promoting and managing tourism and business activities in the world. And if you guys have questions, we'll try to answer those questions. So those staffs are the folks that are going to specialize in tourism marketing and tourism management. This is kind of a quick picture of those folks, as well as one group of about 40 or so subcontractors that are going to specialize for babies in tourism-specific marketing and management issues. Then we also have some companies that are going to be providing I think that really is tourism in the industry right now. It's accepting that there's a lot of talent and a lot of hot places for the new weather and new to the new city. We do believe, first and foremost, that every destination will be a philosophy. And the benefit of policy, economic impact, and tourism are all extreme. the city's housing was high-effective housing rights for residents and for rural and sustainable living. I don't know what I just said, but I didn't talk to Tony. I'm sorry about that. We also made a collaboration with not just most of our staff, but with the 6th and 7th and 8th and 9th and 10th and 11th and 12th and 12th and 13th and 14th and 15th Europe, as well as, and I'll come back to this, sort of hope it advantage us if you're willing to watch from this point of view. As to who this trip is made, it's more than just embarking on a trip. These are some elements in this picture. So, one of the reasons we're down here, and this is a meeting with business owners, is that we have a focus group this afternoon, which is part of the What we did is actually just like this group, we were able to get data set back, and we wanted to take a look at what's really going to be a really important point. And what is it that data is saying from a commercial perspective? And I'm hoping that all of us will be able to catch from a real point of view, and so some of the stuff that I've been planning to do for the last two years, and work with this on the, you know, now I'll take it from an appropriate model, from a technical point of view, Real quick, this is not a request, but this is a quick list of the types of responsibilities that we are responsible for here in the economy. And the total, you know, expenses for all the people in the United States of America plus We meet with Michelle Hartley, who is a member of the House of Representatives, who wants to speak to us about what she sees as what she can do to pay back the business owners who provide very low-level statistics that can be used for a reasonable amount of money in court. Just to get this directly to the head of the House of Representatives, I'm going to start back from, for our community, for the top members, and then to dive in with, let's get down to the bottom, or say to the bottom line. today, and I hope that you'll look at it and understand that's our job to communicate with them and take their real life change and help them with this. And so I hope that you'll understand why this is a good question for me. So particularly, let's add a website, and I think in data, this is just an example. And over the past year, compared from last year to this year, a lot of government website, you know, you don't want to pay for it just because it's something that's right for you since you're probably very close to the point where you want it. Those are the type of things that, on the small foundation, I think that we need to get in place, which is happening now. And then we have those things that just focus a little bit more on strategic planning, instead of just in terms of everybody, the wish list is to Yes. So what is the distance between you? If you're searching for something social, what is it? What does it show that this is social? So what happens if you take care of your good company, and then what do these people do for a living, for a living? For example, if you don't pay people, that's how they pay you to search. But if you compare Google to being showing ad, that's a different thing. It's a different plan. So I think that's the solution. So if it's made up, in case we're going to mix it, we're going to play a different game, I think. So today, we've got this strategic plan. So as I mentioned, it went very well. It worked very fast, folks. I don't know if you can tell, but it went well. I want to continue to keep that place in the system where we have a continued business system and we've exceeded the Businesses Commission and provided that economic impact to the community. And we're ready to address any more problems. Also, it took much less time, much more than five or ten minutes, but I would like to end So thank you for your presentation about the system of data that I found fabulous. I wanted to ask a question or beliefs or states to bring sustainability with the effect of overt tours. And so how do you define overt tours and how do you define that? And I know if we're going to start a city for it, then we're going to need to have residents and business owners. We don't want to miss the day. So how do we, you know, I think we've heard this a lot, you know, sustainable growth. And I find I like to define that, say that, to no way, to not say, say what they're doing. And you need to make a frame, and say what they're saying. Yeah. I would say to these kids, since you guys, it's a difference in the Muslim community. Certainly, I can't speak in which category. But what I would say is, in terms of religion, you don't want it to come together. But if you're going to have a huge problem, you don't want it to come together. You're going to be fired out. You're going to want to be saved. But those three years have left them, have left them in ruins. How are they quantified? At least, I think it was through, you know, the studio entertainment and construction. We don't have the bathrooms. We don't have the toilets. We don't have the time. We don't have affordable housing. We don't have the folks that work here, that come to class, that come to tables. All the kind of things that we just reported have been done just like for four years. And when we reach that point, way that we were playing. We had to set the centers, whether it was from the city or from the residents, and make sure they felt that way. So while I have to ask this question, we know you're proud. Just take care of us while you're here. So do it about half as we try to promote the big people here. I don't think we're guilty of that opportunity, and that's definitely a true fact. It depends on who you ask for support. It's not going to be everything you need. But we do not have a lot to do as a government. We don't have to be calm. And there's a few decisions that we have to make at the moment. But it's normal. More likely to come and say, I don't know, here are the conclusions. I don't understand those things. The inquiry has to work. And I'll tell you what, we didn't apply this. I just want to say this. For me, it isn't one answer. For me, it's a different answer. One of the first steps that we put in, that we are taking, is how are things going to go? And with the time today, it seems as though I'm going to have these sub-advances, which I'm going to work on, come November 1st, as far back as January, and then we're going to work towards that. Douglas, I'd like to do something with you. I want to thank you. occupancy of the hotel is not going to happen today. And we need to work to find those things, which is also, you know, different to say, well, that's a storm. We don't know, obviously, the temperature. But, you know, deciding what is, how much is too much to tell, how much is enough. probably the best we have at the moment. What is that? How do you want to use it? How do you use the power of the government? I think that being a resident sentiment is, of course, you know, is the best way that you can look to help communities. You know, I think this is probably said after the White House has said this a lot, but it's not too late. And so, you know, the next course is just a method to kind of find first where you're going, where approaching, where you're going. So, fantastic. And this is, we have time. We're going to have time to do that before we face this. But one of the things These things are, again, going to be important, and that's important for you. Before we finish, I want to say one more thing. For a similar theory to a problem that I've been only telling people, which is a good point, and that's the problem that we all have, that we're telling, I mean, we're telling people that the city destination works for the suburbs. It's one of the biggest journeys for the suburbs. I don't think that's what I'm saying. So we need to make sure that... And that was a big part of my conversation today with the project is we need to make sure that we support the businesses that are serving the best for their society and serving the business that are there. And also, there needs to be a strong budget. We saw this right there. For young people in the market, they have to set expectations. It's very important. I don't know how we're going to connect them to each other, and I don't understand. It is out of the ordinary, I would say. What would you say would be the biggest takeaway from dealing with these concerns? What do you want to do? I would say that number one, very familiar, is to live in silence with the community. It's also the fact that if I I want to thank you. Thank you for putting your life and your soul and all that money into what you're doing. You know, I'd say a lot of these groups, when it comes to hearings, their ideas might not always be right, but they conflict with their neighbor. But they want to be heard. So just give us some of the opportunity to be heard and listened to about what we did today. What I heard was that's the first time that's happened. Maybe this is going to arrive at a point in time. So just letting them, you know, if you guys don't care, let's just start with this country. I don't think they're going to have an option to cross Washington. I don't think that is a definite possibility. We should work that into the next two years. And that's why I figure I have a good time in the West. So those are the things that we're going to need to do back then. So one of the big takeaways that's going to be given from this way of shooting between The business owners saw a tree that had been turned around. That's a new thing. We're going back in so that everybody feels like they're empowered. I'm going to turn this again, this is a talk to the public. The public may address the telephone, either through the public or through the business. You will notice that on the agenda, during the talk to the public, there's a list of written requests to speak to the City Clerk, knowing that you can listen to the information reports that they're supposed to be taking. There is this random time frame for a speaker. The problem in some people is that they don't care at all, and that's really when we realize that we're biased. The manner in which a rapist speaks at the start of a game, at the end of the game, or at the turn of the game, if anybody becomes disordered or divisive, looks personal to the character of the same person or person. Or if your man becomes a serious speaker, he's speaking better at the end of the game than outside. He's just as weak at the start of the game. Just in case I have one more question. And I'm here to ask a council, a community, to be a considerate and make sure that that information is marketed back as the feminine artist music and market, as the feminine artist of Calgary. And, for me, that event, which, you know, traditionally took place on June and then again in September and October, was the start of my summer cycle season. And I know I had many friends that were not there, and that was the main reason I started the program. about things, about enjoying your life in New York, and letting the children know that they're not alone in times of need. They can go down the street by themselves, and they can go down the street by themselves. It's definitely a community-building event for white guys. this year, is because the service market that makes on-the-go from premium was very much suspended in some ways, and so the city decided that they might want to cancel out And maybe live music, because they don't have music there, but the kids can't play. It's this very different event. And frankly, they seem to really want some Wednesday to Friday. And so, I don't know, maybe some of you can move it up to Wednesdays when the city may not be relevant. Or maybe we can both go out and perform a little bit of a concert, because they're really very different. Part of the way that the decision came from, probably not from me, possibly from folks in the city, and possibly from the district, or possibly from the staff, one or another of the five of my seniors that got their jobs in, three years ago, I spent five minutes on the city website looking for them to get, and it took me over five minutes to find them. Last year, I went looking for the A-frame student at the top of the building, and that's not what was going on. So it needs to be really good at it. And when advertised, it looks like popularized music in the park. The people want fun. But I guess what the night is going to be about. Thank you. Thank you. I'd like to note the fact that there's some changes of the law in the United States, and I've seen them come to fruition, by the Council. And where do you put that one motion? There will be no separate discussions of these items, unless the Council member wants to present some requests, in which case the item will be removed from the text of the document and considered to be a formal sequence of I pulled a project out from 58 to 67 units for 35 years. And the expansion of that project, I think, was very possible through the acquisition of a low-income tax credit, a low-income solar tax credit for the state of Arizona. And it took a lot of effort to get the city's tax credit working in conjunction with how and state and federal agencies and consultants to obtain that tax credit. They pay for all the work. We can tell you how few, multiple times over the years, and it's good to see that level of success comes with some of the more affordable housing in the United States. And so, any other comments or concerns? I will not be able to connect it to a computer as it is running since the break of the second edition. I will not be able to connect it to a computer as it is running since the break of the how you see it. Resolutions in the brief, which is one of the ones that we need, is a resolution that was submitted to the public in December to authorize the application for a blanking of water to a state-revolving research project for the water infrastructure funding for the working-room in New Hampshire. Okay, so let's say that we have a community that says, let's use the number 3-4-2-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3 going to have to request first spring review of our maps. Before we go into a bit more detail on this slide, I'd just like to draw your attention to the line that you see on the right-hand side. On the left, you can see the project site back in red there. Since you don't know the area, we know that. But we want you to refer you to the left of the project site map for the spring. this season alone in this area. So to the west of the project site across Clark Street, there is a new family residence here from the 1A to the 1S. We had a little bit of a rotate town in Clark last year. So going south of the project site, we have a rich family of Christown roots, but it's a little bit of family residence left. Continuing to rotate, we have the common woodchairs here in the living room, which will also be located in the residence for a few years. I'm a student here at CIT on the East Kent side, and you're probably familiar with what that means. It means adventure, adventure. I'm working on one of my most arrested, this year's commercial, and I'm going to have state is 80.1 acres and the county has requested a general plan amendment to transfer the new specifications from a cyber commercial to residential high density for 5.6 acres of this project site. They would also request revisions from other central and mountain zone districts to the R3 zone district for the entire If this bill is also to be adopted, the proposal could allow for between 1 and 1.5 million residents to be moved to the center. I would like to point out that there has been a design rule for all applications to be provided this fall, and this project should have been implemented still, so I would recommend an additional donation of $10 million to the federal government. Last year, there was a conditional instrument that did go to the climate control commission. The applicant has since withdrawn that application. This conditional instrument did cover building rights, so if the applicant did want to apply for that approval, they had to fill out the application and go through the process again. The images where you can see, I'm going to place that on the side right. our project area down in the red on this map here. And we're just going to kind of work my way down, kind of quite west from where we are here. So up here is where we have our senior family residential. And when you search at least for years, you'll find this is a little bit of state residential. Of course, a lot of people like this kind of district. because we work our way eastward. To the south, you can see this H.R. is a designation which stands for residential density. And I'd like to point out that this portion of the project site does have that H.R. designation in place on the site. This corresponds to the So, we're going to take a couple of questions from the staff. There's one about two, which is, for me, I'm going to have to do it with you guys. So, I want to ask you, I want you to take a look at the comments today. And, you know, the structure here and the land use map, we have the state, and then the development designation. This type of design, so the area we call the design district, which is associated with the design master, which is something that Craig said, something that's going to be a little bit different. So we have a lot of tension here. The rest of this is commercial designation, so that compares to the public commercial, but compares to the private commercial. Well, like to correspond with the C1 zone district, which is the public commercial, and the private commercial corresponds to the C2 zone district, which is the public commercial. I would like to point out that if the applicant wanted to, they could pursue a conditional use permit to allow for a multi-factor distributional development. The best five slides, which ended here for this slide, are currently six. This first one here, we It is a top image. You'll note on the left side here, you see the left of the document, and then the project site on the right hand side. Looking at the bottom image, and then looking southwest down close through, you can see additional single-family residences along that way. In my interview at 12th Street, we're kind of moving away from internet in the beginning, but at the top image, we can see the project site. We can see what buildings and buildings this is being purchased, to which our team is proposing how to complete the moving estate development project. At the bottom image, we're looking at 12th Street. We should see traditional driveways to those simple things that we mentioned in the first The other one on 12th Street here, like you know, there's a top image that we are looking for for the United Kingdom. So, the project site on the right-hand side, single-family residences on the other side of the top image. And on the bottom image, we've got a living center right now. On the project site on the left-hand side, you can get a view of those rich view apartments, including the residential area. These images are taken from San Francisco City's government plant. So the project's top limits were that you can have a roof over the cross for the project site. Again, assuming the location of the storage buildings there. And the bottom image in there, you can tell it's one of the rich places in the city. These images were kind of off of the project, so we're looking further and further, parking lot at South Street. Again, this is the existing storage that is there. I would like to point out, on the right-hand side, you can see on South Street, one of the latest facilities right back behind us, where you can park your car. And a general plan amendment and some change costs. The public hearing process is required. A lot of those have been opportunities for public comment. I first went to the membership meeting, which is a part of the state law. At that meeting, the members of the public were in attendance with concerns related to traffic, parking, and privacy. And I was one of the some of the project participants and fellow members of the case. A lot of the plans have been additional meetings We have members of the public who got against the project, and some of our communities, they've just seen it. And then we have one member of the public who can support some of the segments. Since then, we have received emails, letters, phone calls from members of the public. Roughly 50, of whom, of course, I don't see a majority of them. I think my colleague was 47 or 42 against the project. That's an estimator that's already stated in the staff report of the police report in the last few weeks. Regarding the general training, all of the police leaders that have received some of these support and some of the general training, those who have jumped The first one being objecting one side of the building. I'd like to stress that we've got to work perfectly, because I think that's what we'll do. We want to find out how to take that goal off, and then pursue the goal of helping out to the top. On the main objective four, we're going to highlight some of the vulnerabilities that we want to keep up with the health of the man. is our internal work area site for design and design. I have the general orientation of the project, which I'm going to show you right now. I have the I think that there is a maturity required, and that there is a need for those controls for the range of elements of the general plan. Again, as you recall, that was my question previously. Of course, the project site has already been formed. However, it's kind of unexpected. to adopt a resolution on the extent to the length of the designation, and then the entire project site would be on the extent of the designation, and the sections could be supported. This does allow for more infrastructure to work at higher properties, meaning additional section of the residential to the south and east. It comes to the side to adopt a ordinance, as I was saying, On day one of the committee's situation, the Board of Administrators on Friday, to give the applicant time to release a special budget adjustment so that we have one entire council which continues with the summit. At the end of the Commission, the last month, the Commission did pass a motion to recommend approval to Council for both the General Plan Amendment and the 17th, and the recommended is a public speaking process. The staff is available to answer any questions you have, and we have the people to answer them as well. I would appreciate it if you could touch over this side if you have a question that's a special interest. No, we're going to be able to answer it for you. I mean, the first question I have with the request is, why not one? other people. I meet for coffee with my neighbors in the middle of our living room. We talked about this. I have friends and friends in the world's largest cell in the county and some in the city. And I assure you, they're trying to talk to me about this. In a word, it is a coffee. vehicles trying to get onto 12th Street from two drive-ins. The people that live on the road, they'll use 12th Street to get impotent and back home. They don't want to see that impotent, and what they're going to do is stop by that I've been reposting recently with the town from here and I'm trying to talk to everybody from here to there and they're concerned about the traffic. All of a sudden it says, there's a new toll street. And by the way, that's because we've been out to Newport and Florida and Guatemala. And they're concerned about it. Is it better to use a shutdown personally? Is there a need? What does this do to your residents? Everybody out there says that the infill is important, but when we infill in residential areas, that infill needs to look like that residential area. It needs to fit in with what's currently there. Nobody wants your neighborhood to be attacked. They take that neighborhood because they would like it. And where you left, please do not change neighborhoods. Please, you didn't see that. If we know the quality, we don't get paid for that. And you are not free to not be paid, but I don't know if you know the quality. Lord Jesus, please step forward. Lord Jesus, please step forward. Lord Jesus, please step forward. Lord Jesus, please step forward. Lord Jesus, please step forward. Lord Jesus, please step forward. Lord Jesus, please step forward. Lord Jesus, please step forward. Thank you. Many of the forms you've got in here, which some of these are sort of fancy, represent employment that you're doing. This folder does also break into a project. There's a lot of implications on aging and destruction in states from the intention between residents of the local government and elected representatives. This proposal serves the interests of all the developers on the market and serves the interests of common residents. By promoting this project, we'll all be the ones getting the traffic, the elements of the public, railways, free public services, or watching the care of different public The local government will do this for us every day, and in reality, it should be a federal government decision. Public safety and responsible growth. Restored trust in local government. The best interests of the people have to guide us. Serving the community. Help the community. and moral life center. Preserving everyone's priority of life. Those are not just words. Those are your words, too, directly from the city council website. Those are the principles that earned the trust of the voters. Those are the reasons the community placed their confidence in this council. And those are the guiding principles your constituents expect you to uphold, especially when making decisions that will have lasting consequences on the highway. The federal plan amendment and zoning change do not represent responsible growth. They don't align with existing infrastructure. They don't protect the character of the community. These changes place the burden of a blow on the very residents who were elected to serve I respectfully urge you to deny this application. Should the council approve this vote, we intend to petition it before you do. We will say on our conference office, please don't cast a bad vote that would turn off your constituents for a project that will not make it through to the ballot. Thank you for your time. I'm assuming this is sort of like helping Rebecca. We are not here today to oppose building apartments. We are here today to oppose building an enormous apartment complex in an inappropriate location. We understand the need for thoughtful growth and inclusive housing. This proposal is not a balanced or suitable This location is directly across from my home and within a neighborhood that has our one single family, our two most sit-down homes and 18 residential with one acre. This section of 12th Street between 89 and 4 cannot handle the massive influx of renters and all that they bring, approximately 5 to 6 hundred people and their visitors. Now I need to use 12th Street and 12th Street only. To do that, we must stop this. To do that, we need to stop the zones in the supply chain that allow for 29 million per acre. Those are two high densities for the area. The flow of this development is incompatible with the neighborhood. I just want to say why there is any consideration to build a very high density complex next to a very low density housing. Interestingly, the city seems to adamantly defend the need for high-density multi-family housing, but will not address any concerns of citizens to talk through the identity-overwhelming facts that concern the convoy of Jews. You don't need a report to tell us that Jews will be blocked and traffic will increase. Exploiting our neighborhood diminishes our poverty values. In fact, we are talking about an economic-temporal prevalence. reports nearly 7,000 cars get up and down 12th Street between 89 and 1st Street each day. The city controlled 12th Street 10 years ago for the purpose of keeping people without having to be at Cedar Street and to take cars off 89 and 1st. We need to know the street is at capacity now and there is no denying the congestion and traffic we have on 12th Street and at the end section at 89. This project is too close to the end section, let alone on grass and grass only on 12th Street. It's almost justification to allow this running phase if the health services are probably too close with demand. growth average since 2010, 16 years. That's 52 people a year. Last year, the last few years, even though we did growth. Okay, if you still need more discussion about the silver apartments, please note that several in construction are permitted to do. We're the only place that can support projects with adequate infrastructure and have proper time. What there is is, I'm saying, there was a time change for inspiration, which was 190 units. And you doesn't need a traffic signal to manage the times into and out of a public conference. Compare that to close street and you don't need a traffic report to know this spot does not have the infrastructure to handle the traffic demand. Don't steal our homes, our homes, or our peace. Thank you. So one, that's what we're doing. I heard a lot just last week during the keynote forums about wanting to listen to the audience. I hear it. I hear it every time. Every one of you sitting up here, if you guys want to listen, I want you to listen to the audience. I'm sure that you're listening, but I would like to ask you a couple of things. The other one is a hot country, the traffic. And a lot has been talked about that tonight. But what hasn't been talked about tonight? Another issue is that the roads and the ranches that are right across the street are not. The city is not cleaning them up. They're full of trash. They're full of weeds. I was right in front of Elm Street. And let me tell you something. Every time we get a monsoon, there's a couple on their own, and they're just kind of going down to the street. And they shut off the street, and people have to go around to get there because there's not enough terrain on that street. And so we see these projects that have developed like that. We see these programs that then that have been open for months and months, and sometimes years and years. You see these pressure constructions, like, what's top-burning that nobody's doing anything with? Is there anything that's strong and useful we have? And then we can focus and possibly have a density. But as far as the high density goes, even if you do do high density, this is not the area. You're right in the middle of resident homes who are zoned differently. They purchased those homes knowing how the zoning was across the street, but that things change. And at the same time, if you're purchasing a home, you're not going to expect it to zone across the street in this And so I would argue that, you know, on this building, yes, on this is going to be really interesting, because there are so many challenges this project is going to be certain. And how I always have thought that we should have been just used only in terms. So, Dan, I urge you to claim it that we already have. makes the streets plowable for a high density of fuel. And it takes a quarter, around 12th Street, before we get to 252 units. So thank you so much for that. Thank you. You're welcome. So, we'll just introduce Mr. Taylor. Thank you for giving me the time. I said what I was going to say, and I said, it's a sense of, you know, in a world where government would go out for its citizens, you know, people who live there, who they can take from, and have them do their very, very decent, whatever you call it, some of the traffic, I just want to end that presentation by agreeing with it and giving it to the both of you. We've made it, and it's been made. Thank you. Mr. Chair, I'm going to raise my hand to council members in case someone has to sit down for And then we're going to have a business group from the five decades, so we're going to have a big business. We have these lines coming to the people's names. And I have to remember, most of the work that I do is part of regional. It can also come with partners. And we need a lot more units right now. And so One desperation went on and on itself, with an image that it took 11 months to show up before it reminded to me that right now we are about five of the global, but we're going to be coming up in the next month or two. So here we are, in the middle, and in speaking with several crazy-sweet-sweet-sweet-sweet-sweet-sweet-sweet-sweet-sweet-sweet-sweet-sweet-sweet-sweet-sweet-sweet So, as far as the need is not clear, I don't know. It is provisional across major centers. I was talking to a medical professor who was very wealthy. He relates that in the case of the health. You know, we have to go all the way to work with medical schools. First, we have to go all the way to the hospital, and then go back to the hospital. some of the conditions that we see. The problem is that many people don't have a place to live to support a mountain. The last big project was which was to have a few smaller ones in the 40s, because it's the only settlement to themselves, a project for a large of animals, but right now, these two of us really need these things to be going. We want to have a table to perform. It's also an economic development issue, something that creates other communities for talent and without the housing sometimes that they need for it. The housing is really just a way of being welcomed, a gift to a region, a way of being welcomed. And I think that is everyone's goal. when I first left. I went to New York, and it's not a space that I wanted to go to all the time. But putting the files on a number three wood, the ones that we need to make room for the kind of housing that supports our region's living, it leads to my dream of home and rent. This is an ancient place to Yes, you said it. Yes. that may or may not be the city capital, because that means that lines may or may not be on the business line there. And I think that if there is a challenge related to health service, that kind of needs to be overcome. There is a huge need for housing in Canton, like And on this, on multiple occasions, I talked to five people. And they came up to me and asked me for work. They literally looked at me and said, it's time to provide output housing for more people. And I think this is a topic that if you want future growth, you have to provide housing for your workforce. And I can say, per se, that it is a critical need at this time. If you want growth, if you want starvation, then just let those be the way they are. But anyway, thank you for your time. And then there are those women, and I'll talk from the point of view of the queen, the executive director of the Dundee Valley Community Development Organization. The city of Calgary, in fact, developed the service and did some of its housing, especially as it relates to the workforce and the use of housing for the workforce. someone mentioned earlier that the number of people living in the hospital is high, because there's no place for them to live, that they can afford. In addition to the draft submission of resources in particular, there is a workforce who needed opportunities to live again, because they cannot afford to live in shelters. There have been plenty of studies across the region trying to express their notion for income and quality. So I think it's the city's opportunity to provide potential for opportunity to support the housing for the workforce that really does be a part of the backbone of the community. And so I ask them to support the public housing and the children's homes. I want to share with you a few statistics that I think are really important as we look at some of the dynamics in the country. In the Rooney Valley, just in the last 10 years, you could buy a house 10 years ago and you'd be out of income since it's out of dollars. Today, if you're buying a government house, it's a hundred and sixty thousand dollars. The average income of the population in Canada is 40,000 dollars. they cannot afford a home, because all the family residences are planned on. The average figure for a home actually, entirely, is $4,500 or $4,000. Another important statistic that I did in 2019, when I had a little bit of research study, the average age of a resident was 46. The study together is 154.7. We are using our workforce in a number population. I've heard comments as I've done at the meetings here that the vacancy rate is 8.1%. Here's a sense that data does not tell you that the vacancy rate is 3.6%. 8.9% is what Susan on the position puts out there. The other thing that I did is that people could say there were 10,000. So initially, I went to a group that looked at the number of thousands that are for sale in Calgary. There are actually a set of 16. 20 of them are 55 plus communities. So we said, why are we exploring this? Because we have lots of sizes in 55 plus communities. We need to identify the images that we saw. And many of these other sizes are far above the 100,000 that we saw earlier. We also were looking at, to be honest with you, the same thing in American women. Many of us at World Health said, how did an American do with the most homes in the country? Thank you. This is the end of the public segment for today. I want to thank you for bringing staff back to the office. I also plan to speak to some of the questions that we want to discuss. I have to get a presentation. Oh, OK. We have time for that. So please, a question for me. Hello. I'm going to invite you to the council. If I can go to the city council, if I can go to the city council, I'm going to have to address I found a person at the Supreme Court about my project. He said, I've been working on it for 22 plus years. My most recent success from my work on the project was when I became the CEO of the apartment building, Austin. It wasn't a bad thing. It was just a little bit more annoying. The founding CEO of the real estate company, I was running in the West before I came and retired. I had built a renovated building, about 5,000 units in the apartment building. where you're not all the way up in my career, way back when I served as a state prosecutor in Virginia. Carol, my wife, served as executive on a regional front specializing in interior design. To bring it to a new beginning, here we have to go following the conversation with our head writer of our multi-tasker project, Mrs. Thomas Ladd-Lowe. That leads to the inspiration of partners, their finances. She also shared with me a recent study an incident happened about three years ago that involved a need for three-fifths of each of the religious residential housing in this community. And this incites about income study as you move and develop it. There are income studies starting for approximately $1,600 a year for help, market-rated programs, and I think the inspiration was related up like a rocket ship that actually had a witness in the last few Further, with the 9-year-old house on top of the 7-bedroom building on the 8th and 9th floor, currently under construction, it's been in the purpose of our doctor with the ability to make sure the requested dwellers can do what they need to place to stay in the classroom center. We bring Splendor's site office the best century I've ever, with many local company offices, apartment sites, and a company on the move that improves the best Europe. That comes to light. The new price that we're selling at the price of $4.60 or $6.80 a day is brought off the price of anything. The price of this company is around $0.02. and we seek approval and consistent with the planning and drawing up recommendation to show that we feel like they are our team. This bus was identified in Seattle Times as being part of the East Ohio District, which we forwarded. Identify the residential district. The strong place within is only what I see on our floor, not our team. It's important and this is why we're here for our district. Resolving to R3 was therefore actually now allowing the parcel to the city's existing master plan framework. The actual cost for resolving the case in parcel 4 was $606,000, which was $18,000. The fee to the R2 has also increased by $10,000, and ordered enjoyment with the first parcel, and now I follow the letter. We hope to design And you've heard of it. Yes. I grew up in the spring. You remember the stocks and what they're paying for. It's a great way to start. So it's a very, very, very valuable spring. With the little business that we've got, there's possibly for the project. But remember how we designed homes. Also, the project could be excavated out of what only got about 15 feet to other warehouses on the industrial buildings. So that basically, when people cross the stream, they see which one house is a building. to do that is to develop what that's going to be like, which is what inspiration is built into that level from the very beginning of the project. And as a result, the upper half of the buildings became visible to people across the country. This visual impact is objective for using art. By the way, this scene, this scene shows the work is far from the traditional art of South Eastern, which would be around here, which is where it's from. So that's the other nature of that country. already in file system as to what should be the cost if we don't do this. The proximity is quite limited to two food efforts in our socket center. I noticed that nearly a half of some retail employees are always in walking distance. We're allowing the project to be marketed because we want to work with the National Commission. This actually is a thought of the property management who was contracted to do property management for us. We don't have to get in on time. The two parcels are partly slaughtered on three sides by a single fan and then left to find a residential development solution. We are concerned with that. Conferring the P&G Commission recommendation to change the other side from the C2 into an industrial development one, and that is one commercial revenue system renovation. Currently, such an additional, corrugated, non-excess storage warehouse buildings and residential zoning would create a much more social and environmental development, that bonds with the strong and resistant residential properties. We believe, in fact, there are a couple of regulations confused us, several regulations. We believe the high quality, spring-loaded residential community really helps to allow the residential property owners, rather than those residential properties, to continue defrauding the existing industrial buildings. to change, and we can do a lot less for them than we should be for them. And the full effect I was on the phone with Senator McGillis and noted in our last meeting the issue before the committee. His wife has come to his own and recently. And to add, as of this morning, I was in the presence of this morning, that only 10% of the human, everybody in the department, 50 feet of us adjacent property is somehow an official life that they can ride along with electric kickbacker. Only 10% of those people noticed that compared to 90% of the people most adjacent to the property and contributed to the knowledge and to what we're proposing to do. Also, I noticed on August 1 that I didn't notice the fact that Virginia County also supports the project, as they understand also the grant that was accounted for by the corporation. for your people. And here's some of the money. If you're interested in the qualifications, that's all right. We've already contacted E-DOT in conjunction with the city of New York. We understand you have to have it, but you've got to go to the best of times. We're aware of how much it can be. And I thank you very much. I think that's an important point, but I think that for you, that's an important point, because I think that for you, that's an important point, because I think that for you, that's an important point, generally speaking, it's a lot of things based on the history of that. So they got it, and then it turned into, we're sitting in Canada, easy to refer this to them. And we've already been in contact with them. We know what they're doing and what they want. And obviously, there's part of the programming process that they want to run away with. It's just as important. This is where we're going to be standing with that part of the data that I was in, architecture, engineering, physical engineering, and seeing some of the in the 50s, 40s, 90s, 70s, 80s. That's the next step. That is the victory. That's part of the importance today. All of us can pick it up. All of us can have fun. If you want to pick up one of my movies, all that stuff has to be open to everybody, and everybody should be able to do it. Everybody can do it. You mentioned the eye on the heart. It's something for the eye on the heart, right? I can speak with John. I had a commitment for a year. I had it markedly. I was very late on it. Again, I'm not saying we did it, but I think if the group was involved, if the ownership's next, it's going to be difficult. And I hope to be happy to have that. But I can tell you something, which is what I'm going to do. Basically, it's not likely How many times have you said that you suggest the right thing? About 170% of the time, but you're not good. One, two, three. Four, there's no right thing. You're just good at what you're doing. You're good at what you're doing. You're just good at what you're doing. And from something that matters to you, of course, that does matter. You're good at what you're doing. And from something that matters to you, of course, that does matter. You're good at what you're doing. There is a difference between, for short, a 10-minute video, not a 10-time video, where you're trying to divide the group into one video, 100 people, one time. That's a different conversation. You want a company to work with. And you will pursue marketing if it's available to you. And all of that stuff is available to us before you want to risk it. the same system for a while, which has been discussed. Are you saying that the development in the field search that the City Office offered at this time, from your point of view, was sufficient to get them started on this project for you? We actually didn't do it much of it, because we're trying to sort of do it for things we like. We have a big pile of investor before. And just for the four of us, it's just a great deal of our leverage. These are some type of major projects that we're trying to explore and develop. But there are some general ones that we're working on. They are a different one. That's what I'm telling you. We're getting rid of it. We're still investing in it. We've got to separate some money from it. We've got to explore that right now. It's very difficult. We've got to do it. The price of gas and oil is really high. The price of gas and oil is a lot higher than the market rate. The health sector has gone from high to low. It's a very high price of gas and oil. So the price of gas and oil is very high. And we're going to have to buy all of those things. You know, Mr. President, we hear from our citizens. We hear from our citizens, especially the people in the How do you adjust your character as an individual? How do you adjust to those concerns? Well, I can't tell you how it works here. It must be the same. I don't know if it's the same as your character, but it's the same. For instance, we'll tell you, sitting across from the industrial plant, the industrial plant will call you in the middle of the night and it's looking down at you. West Germany is, by the way, a very strong German government. It doesn't pay attention in terms of how important that is. And the requirement of the family is not what you're going to get. You've got three sides already that require us to decide how we're going to get to the West. And there's not enough support for us from West Germany. That's why we felt that just 50-50, that's the way we wanted to do it. And by how we're going to do it, we're going to do it from the front. We're going to do it from the back. So, I'd like to take a moment to address this, to turn it over to Frank. You know, I've seen these kind of procedures, and I know, I believe, practically, just like we do, hand-on-hand identification. So, how can we be assured that a self-identification doesn't occur, because we don't have the control to follow up, in a way, on the process, and we step forward to force the I'm not going to write you a piece of mail, but I'm going to list about a building, how to build a 35th or how to build a 10th building. We have 40 architects that already took to the ground in 35, but they're probably doing something else. So the idea is, instead of talking about you guys, piece of news, receive your piece, build it all together as we do this summit. Traffic will not be approved if they don't, if they agree, they'll say, here's what you have to do. Somebody, here's what you've got to do to cross you. There's only 20 of them, so that's quite a few of them. But they will have a job along with your full name and your name. I mean, we don't have any. We probably don't. We also, here's what you've got to do to be able to get a participated job. Thank you. Thank you. And we won't get picked by you, because that is a requisite for most things in here, is that you've got to study. You've got to start over. You've got to start over. You've got to start over. You've got to start over. You've got to start over. You've got to start over. You've got to start over. You've got to start over. The opinion that seems to be real, you know, we'll plan after the meeting to wait for the traffic to end before we approve. So it's not a moment of doubt. It's a general planning moment that I am counting on you. Yeah, you are. You are 100% sure on that. Because now you've got a structure. Now you've got a figure. Now you've got it. And it's perfect. Any day of the day, it's an action. to understand that this already is successful and is expected to help you at this point. Now, you want another big set of data. If you come back to have data, it's not that it's not good, then you decide you don't know how to do it. This also has to do with life and passion. I can't just go out on a new flyer and say, do you have a problem? Unless I have a problem, they want me to talk to them. They don't want to talk to me. How do I want to talk to them? If I look for help, My application process that I had to go through three quarters of a year to a year from 2009 to 2004, I don't know how many times could you tell someone, hey, I don't want to waste your time. I don't know how else to show the effort. You can show them effort, but they don't want to make an effort for you to make money. You don't want the project to be like, you know what, it's like pollution. It's like the same number. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. they may even want to prove that it's the same thing. But then, what's the effect will be on the student component? What benefits is that important? Is there a lot of improvements that are required, typically, for students who are on their improvement plans? Thank you. This is fantastic. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. As I said before, as I said before, I'm not looking at six to six in a quarter to say I'm looking at three to four to three. That's why many, many markets in the United States, in this country, and in the world, the number of markets in the United Arab Emirates is plummeting. And the reason that I took this long time to talk to everybody is because I know we're going to get 20 years later. Let me ask one last thing. I'm going to ask you a question. I'll take it from both of you guys to me. So basically, I'll say the same. When you take R2s on and down, at lower level, basically, basically, the car that does not pass, or that does not compute, the lower perform of the hyperusers is two-thirds the amount of red in the meantime, when they do the right to red. So basically, they're pretty much a deforestation project together. There were not different bits of good inspiration, which was approved. So by, I'll say close to 200 years, our three-story, my three-story, three-story block-up was basically the same kind of project. That's what I was talking about. But this property, all of you, how long does it take to build it to the last three-threes? It takes eight years. You could do your last three on one while you're down at the end of the team, and then the other part is on the team. That's so easy. You couldn't do that. I don't know if I said it. And they've been allowed to bring the C-2, like, in Milwaukee. The C-2 is what the provision is in it. But the provision just says you can go C-2 to heart-free. You know, even if you're the one in Wisconsin, they'll take some of the water from the sky. From the sky, it's great, but if you stop, it's very good. I always thought the better way to go is to take the whole thing and put it on a sleeve. Also, because, you know, if you're buying the two partials, if you're doing it from one end, you should also own the other one from the other. So you do them for both pieces. And density is what makes it work. Density is what makes the project work. And I'm glad I heard that. That's it. That's it. That's it. That's it. So your perspective, I guess. Oh, yes. The first problem was that a person is uncomfortable. Here's what I started with. We're at a point here, a point there, and we're at a difficult point. I started with one of the first problems. This is a worker. This is a guy who helped people. forever. I'm never going to keep out people here. I'm going to keep out the people who are here, who are here for the city. If you were to go carry out some of the things that I just did, but we can use those 400 employees, that's a big issue right there. Yeah, but those four are the parts that we don't get any support on. actually going to have a lot of families and a lot of inspiration as a developer. But the other thing, a lot of those three partners, we've emphasized a lot of the three partners are for standard value. There's a small band around it, kind of a 10% favorability list when your business decides on what to use for those. The three partners are really occupied by three guys, guys, guys, together. These would be affordable, they're square meters, So, Brian, I'm just saying, to make something more affordable, is that what you're saying? No, no, it's not. It's not affordable. I have two children. I have to give them the inspiration because they can't afford a building price. They don't. By the way, by the year you come here, you're going to be able to buy a building. What's your notice? You can't afford to live here by yourself. So, the whole thing, the whole premise of 400 employees, you have to say, your price should show the other way around. By all means, we don't need you. What? What? What? What? What? What? What? What? What? What? What? What? What? What? So workforce sizing means lighting, which is sub-setting, highly sub-setting. There's huge developers who do lighting 20% of the time, not just retail. And it's probably not a good idea, but if we were to have one housing, if workforce sizing is sizing for people, if there's more than a mistress or whatever, if there's, for those that you don't have a partner, if workforce sizing means it's going to be like $600 a month, like when I started in the apartment business, that is just risk, and we might have to do color blinding and buffing, or we have 250 units of housing, kind of which might be for the government, just not the energy. And I look at the other two times, just for this one, before the last one, which is a little different. But if the option isn't power housing at all, or workforce housing, Well, I took a look on it this morning because it was so nice. As I said, of course, you have stairs for a three-bedroom, for a meeting room. But, you know, it's a two-bedroom, but it's also a place where you live a lot of time. Not like me, where I'm having a lot of ice for a living. And a lot of people can't get in. So, this place is really important. Pick a blackboard. All of this in town would have been a blackboard. that we're not supposed to live in that environment. Here we just live in garages. We have garages with us. So we're looking at the place that we're going to live, not the ground. So we have a problem with communities going to the next thing. That's not to do with anything we can do. Since you spring with the, since you spring with the fire, the dollar, the dollar glass, there's a purpose, and the cost of the power homes, the rent, the food, I just have to say, some of the studies are successful. But part of the things we do is really impossible. And it's all part of an adventure of separate performance. How much do you have to learn? How much do you have to do this year to do? Is it a bigger type of exploration? No side costs at all. This is something we're not going to try to do. And it's a massive discipline. And it helps to do the other thing now. But yeah, I guess when you started, if you're asking that question, you started with, what about? No, no. He was talking about, he started when we got the greater inflation, and it was out about 45 years ago. Then we're up to about 9% inflation. So they put this in the short-term portfolio reserve to go into that inflation, and what was 3% of the history of failure and recovery is now 66 and a quarter. And they had, I don't know, it's extremely difficult to do these quantities. Do you have any comments or questions for Mr. Sprague? I have a question. I have a question for Mr. Sprague. My other question is, and I don't want to tell you this one, but if you would like to point it out, please. I really feel like I'm out there. But I agree with what you're saying. I agree with what you're saying. And that being said, I don't know if there's any other questions. I hope there's any other questions. I wish I had the ability to talk to you as far as I seem to be specific to this. I think we can talk. Right now, if you were to calculate 80% of the average duty rate time, that's 80% due with a default cost of expenses. Sometimes you get $261 a month. In Brazil, if you're in a short-awaited government, well, that means your poverty tax is $60,000 to $85,000 a month from the 4th of May. We need to attack this. all of the parties who would play that role. But, you know, something that I'm really chicken-faced about is the fact that D.C. seems to be the third company to die in the world. One of the things I'll check is if there are very few fires in the housing that is attainable I think that there will be a lot of people who will pay attention to this tax meeting, who are interested in helping, who are interested in taking a look at this issue. There are a few groups out by their side of the issue who completely agree that We have up to 3.4% agency, which I'll tell you, that's a very high percentage number. So if you're a salesperson, kind of, most of these three things, while I'm sitting back, the paradigm, the picture, we have a story to move here on, you know. With every campaign into council, I'm not a political one, but I saw it for the first time. The intelligence that people had had, you know, in Jordan, fighting for obtainable housing. And I think, coming back, that housing was one of the people's priorities when it was going through place. That's why I support this order for graduation. In order to pay you to support your personal employment program, you can do rental classes in 20% of your annual income. You're more than welcome. So next, let me just cut a little bit of a long-distance So, this is where we went to, where she was taken. I just want to just highlight some of the pieces for the film that I've got at the moment. Since the day I attended the television meeting about this project, since then, I've thought a lot about this project. And I've always felt that I'm going to have to do all of the input that I receive. And in agreement with changing the H-C, the highway commercial property parcel to H-1, which is residential high density for the five-year business, the neighboring properties to the west side of the east are already disagreeing to H-1, including the property parcel opening plus three And as has been mentioned, the Appointment Handbook, as you can see right now, in Colorado is selling around 3.6% to 4.5% ratings. It's going to be in the front census, and the city is going to update it during its housing study. This is below the normal Appointment Handbook. So I want me to go to the last slide in terms of where I think this is going to find its way from today's forum. commercial, to a residential selling, I didn't say large commercial, residential selling, for the following reasons. The purchase is on the CD2 of home commercial, allows for medium commercial uses, principally retail and service and business services, which will allow for offices, small businesses, or hotel the amount of ingredients, we're changing the amount to, and to see if we have appropriate prices to our street. So for our reason, the neighboring property to the south is on our field, which translates to a maximum price of 11.9 units per liter, whereas our free zone could be as much as 2.6 for the greater, 29.1 miles per acre. That is a big increase in density. I could expect something more than the R2 density of 11.1 miles per acre, but less than the actual 29.1 miles per acre, which is 4.4 million feet, or 3 feet. That is 3,000. If this project were to go on a highway to 60 and 4,000, it would say that a 3,000 would be a little bit different. In this area up in the close street near the red line, the area to the north is commercially popular. The other places to the east, west, and south are residential, and I think the need for that needs to be sensitive to some other policies. So in summary, I'm not comfortable with how the city's own density of 20 million dollars is predicted in this sort of space. I prefer to send that data to the federal government commission to consider other options, and so the program's own commission that is an important thing for you, and I hope that you can have that as a place where I'll talk to members. And this is what we need to make. This is what we need to make. So I'm going to get a picture of the whole thing, and I'm going to put four of them, four, four, four, four, four, four, five, and I'm going to build this up into one. This is four, this is seven, this is eight, nine, four, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, but I'm going to build this up. You actually want to put into this a little bit of power for yourself, but you don't want to put any pressure to the one hand, do you? Is that what you're going to be talking about? But we saw, we saw on the street that we saw trailers that were off-limits, right? So it's easier than it would be if you did. So that's, you know, and so that's what you're trying to say is I'm trying to see if you can come back down there and try to get people out there. I mean, it's tough, isn't it? It's rough, isn't it? It's rough, isn't it? I mean, there's a reason, there's compulsion. I mean, you know, that is something that our community, our community doesn't need. that I'm talking about, not more intense, but I don't think that any of it's wasted. Can you go into something that's a more intense, a greater sense of emotion? Can you change it in a way that allows people to do what they're doing, which is a program? And it's the last thing that you can do, and if you just It's just a new place to see. It's going to be a life of an angel. So you explain what the journey is. I don't want to just show you in a visual sense what you're asking for. So you're trying to put a question in the book. And so, hey, customer remarks. I can't simply stick the question in place. Can you discuss what you're saying, or what you're So, if you look to the slide where this friend of you calls, I don't know what it is, but it's a picture of her and her son on a bike tour. So, on the left side is Andy's destination, and on the right side are his own industries. And it is. So what's your question? I think tonight's the most important one. Yes. So there's a privilege in the mid-summer. And so the weather is really hot. and I think Brian, you and I have been in support, general support, for each one of the justifications that we have now. But we honestly may want to be in a program that sets a request for both to have the Senate and Senate Commission consider their policies as far as they're interested in getting what their recommendations is, what their, you know, the next opportunity will have for public involvement again in the program that's in place. And the recommendation from The O2 is not really in tune with the O2. The O2 is in tune with the O2. The O2 is in tune with the O2. The O2 is in tune with the O2. for a month, and it's simply one of the most redacted and one of the best news for you. These are our story, and we'll talk about that in a minute. And I was like, okay, I'm going to try something different. I'm going to try something different. And the final result in the project that somebody does have potential. So I didn't tell it worked out because you're something wonderful. But it came to me that I don't want to provide the additional option because you have to understand that this is a crucial issue. And you need people to support this project. to the work that we're doing. And I don't understand their concerns as much as I do like to understand some of the concerns of the residents who live in the city. But if we assume this work, how do we design it to allow them to get to the end of this project too? What are we doing to apply the project But if the process allows for, if the process allows for the consideration of what our hearing would be, possibly in the appropriate zone district, then that is right. Unfortunately, I can't afford me to say that we don't take public finances into consideration when we're making these decisions or when we're explaining we're making There would be, let's just play this out and say it, but there would be one of the different things, right? And yes, there was an affordable housing component. They said it could be a very long-term thing, but I'm not sure whether for the life of the world it was a long-term thing that should be there. So there is an ability to get more units in place, but there's a lot of underlying reasons. There's not the kind of future you're looking for. Okay. Next slide, please. So I'll start real quick. When you go back to 2000, And so what I'm feeling is someone, one of my best friends, you know, somebody says, I'm going to lose my beard. Well, I'm going to keep losing this beard. And that's like something that I'm going to continue. And I also struggle with somebody who puts on, Okay, I don't know if I'm missing any other point, but we're going to make this video about this because it's been a difficult time, but I'll figure it out. I'm focusing on all of us, and this isn't one of the things that we saw in this video, but you know, finishing up What Tim might have had to do, and I think he said this earlier for me, to be able to say the same thing, that cars are an extra solution. We need more cars, period. You know, we've got to bring in more, you know, half a million dollar prices to prove we need prices. I'm dealing with these changes, this contributing time. I feel like although I'm really trying to do some of this work in my job, it is not true. And for what the final piece of my life is going to be, I don't know what it's going to be. I know that all of this work will pay for itself. that concept of learning of the real life. But these two changes are reasonable and within the context of what you can expect to do. I feel like Pauline and I are going to do the right thing. We're going to improve this, and I'm prepared to approach that myself. And I feel like it's a good decision. We're the project that's right here. Don't follow my lead. But what we're really doing is making it possible that different pieces of the data fit together in a different way so that it becomes more feasible. And that's virtually the point that I've been trying to do. And the business of this work, I'm trying to say, is that I really don't feel like I have enough foundation for delivering the requests. closer is the resolution of the monetary statement, and we lose the option to put this particular item in a particular target if our effort does propose to do so. So I have found this a project. This is a project. This is a different And I thought, maybe I was making more sense of people in this discussion. I'm not going to be there. I don't know what part of my talk was, but that's fine. I can support and control family and work for others. Again, it's not the function that's your community needs. of an older generation, and that's the Joseph Mildred. If you are born with a fountain, he talked about seeing the fountain as a, it would be a great place to see the fountain, to breathe in this, to see the fountain. And here is a woman, and here is what you have in the fountain, and her friends were struggling, and even taken for the first steps. And I think we have now the two ways to take this back. Can we go ahead and take questions in order? The first is to go to the reason you said, to the fourth reason, right? This is part of your big general plan to improve the way you're doing it, and to change the way you think of this nation. I want to clarify. And then we can address the tangles in the balance that this second is not going to have. Okay. Are you ready for the question? Yes. I'm going to say that, frankly, from a social environment point of view, I'm okay. I'm going to convince you. I like to watch what you're doing, so I'll raise your hand if you don't mind. for that person. So, yes, there's such a tremendous amount of work that we have to do, especially with so many students. You want to speak to this? Right. And so, we first opened up, I would like to tell you that, you know, to help with the culture of the world, this, I'd like to be able to tell you that, you know, to help them, to go to that point, just hearing, and to to adapt from a period of material, in-depth study, to a text-to-text-to-text-to-text-to-text-to-text-to-text-to-text-to-text-to-text-to-text-to-text-to-text-to-text-to-text-to-text-to-text-to-text-to Yes. Telstra would be mostly from here to here. But I would say that if there is a table that we table it to at this time, I would imagine it's going to present more than 100 community-based programs. So those dates would be, Telstra dates that we have would be July 21st, August I have some great tips on what to keep in mind. I have a friend of mine who went on to do a survey for the region and said, well, I haven't been seeing the graph that I wanted to because I've seen all the effects that the state counts on this year. He's an approver of the diagram, and he has some wonderful new applications. Like, to do a class at Duke, that is a wonderful pleasure. But not that I know of, if you don't know how to do it, or if you don't know how to do something, I mean, I don't typically like to think, what does it matter to do it? I don't know. For me, I mean, if I were to do it, I wouldn't have to do it. Anyway, this was one that was a must-see to how we address the problems that we have to solve in civil society. And this is the reason why I'm calling it off. And that's why I'm doing this for you, because I'm raising my voice. I'm talking for that reason. I'm having to avoid it for the seventh time since. It's been two, six years or before, and you have to jump to a smarter time. It seems like I'm in my mother's family, and I say to her, you can see things like mine. But also, you're in multiple families, and it's not for two places. I don't really need that. It wasn't acres or cages, it was not for both of them. I'm accepting. the way I see it, I don't know. I don't know about him. I don't remember what he did. I don't remember what he did. I don't remember what he did. I don't remember what he did. I don't remember what he did. I don't remember what he did. I don't remember what he did. I don't remember what he did. I don't remember what he did. I don't remember what he did. I don't remember what he did. And here's some of the agendas that come from the request for computer agenda, like, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know what the agenda is. So, you know, if you look at the plans, and you have to approve the plans before it's successful, and you have to approve the plans, that's what I'll say to them. How many states are there? How many? I mean, first of all, I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know.
