Mooring Requirements in City Waters

For the purpose of clarifying that no mooring may be installed within 75 feet of a structure, shore, or another mooring; clarifying the difference between annual and transient moorings installed in City waters, and further clarifying that both annual and transient moorings are public moorings and not privately owned; allowing the Harbormaster to adopt rules and regulations consistent with Title 15 of the Code of the City of Annapolis as to the types and lengths of vessels that may use any mooring in City waters; updating the definition of "mooring(s)"; and generally related to mooring requirements in City waters.
