The site area is approximately 20.06 acres. RECOMMENDATION: The proposed rezoning application meets the standards of the City's Code Section 125-188. Staff's recommendation is for the Planning Board to move the proposed rezoning amendment application for Approval to City Commission with the proposed Zoning designation. ALTERNATIVES: 1.
