Any person wishing to address the Commission may do so at this time except for matters already on today’s agenda. The total amount of time allotted for receiving such public communication shall be limited to a total of 15 minutes and each individual or group will be limited to no more than 3 minutes. Planned Sign Permit Program PSPP-25-0002 (County Billboard)
The County is requesting approval of a Planned Sign Permit Program to permit a double-sided digital billboard on County-owned property adjacent to Highway 70 in Plumas Lake. The sign will be 45 feet in height and include two 14’ x 48’ digital sign faces (1,344 sq. ft. total) arranged in a “V” configuration.
