Staff recommends that the City Planning Commission: (1) Receive the staff report; (2) hold a public hearing; (3) adopt Planning Commission Resolution No. PC 25-02 in support of Tentative Parcel Map No. PC 25-02 in support of Tentative Parcel Map No. 5258 for the division of property located at (APN 063-103-026) into two separate parcels consisting of Parcel-1 at 22.140 acres and Parcel-2 at 7.938 acres, respectively, in the City Industrial with Light Industrial Flex Overlay (LIO) zone district.
Tentative Parcel Map No. 5262
Staff recommends that the City Planning Commission: (1) Receive the staff report; (2) hold a public hearing; (3) adopt Planning Commission Resolution No. PC 25-03 in support of Tentative Parcel Map No. 5262 for the division of property located at 525, 531, and 537 Johnston Street (APN: 066-022-018) into two separate parcels consisting of 0.127 acres and 0.226 acres in the Residential Low Density (R-L) Zone.
Subdivision Ordinance Updates (SB 684 and SB 1123)
Staff recommends that the Planning Commission: (1) hold a public hearing to receive testimony regarding the Subdivision Ordinance Updates, (2) find that the adoption of the proposed ordinance is statutorily exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") under Public Resources Code section 21080.17, and (3) adopt Planning Commission Resolution No. PC 25-04 recommending that the City Council adopt the proposed ordinance that is attached as Attachment 2.
