Consider approval of the cancellation of the regular Town Council meeting scheduled for July 2026 to allow for a summer recess for council, staff, and boards.

Discuss and consider approval of Resolution No. 2026-14 authorizing the selection of the Argyle Business Association to provide Curated Business Recruitment Services in an amount not to exceed $67,500; approving a Professional Services Agreement for such services; authorizing the Town Manager to negotiate the agreement and the Mayor to execute said agreement on behalf of the Town of Argyle.

Consider approval of Resolution No. 2026-15 authorizing the selection of the Architexas to provide Planning and Urban Design Services for the Town of Argyle in an amount not to exceed $30,000; approving a Professional Services Agreement for such services; authorizing the Town Manager to negotiate the agreement and the Mayor to execute said agreement on behalf of the Town of Argyle.

Consider approval to authorize funding in an amount not to exceed $10,000 for public education and informational materials related to the Town of Argyle May 2, 2026, Special Election.

Consider approval of Resolution 2026-11 establishing procedures requiring that contracts and agreements be fully negotiated, reviewed, and finalized prior to being placed on a Town Council agenda for consideration.

Consider approval of Resolution 2026-13 amending the Solid Waste Collection Contract with Allied Waste Services of Fort Worth, LLC, DBA Republic Services of Fort Worth to modify the household waste services, and authorizing the mayor to execute said agreement on behalf of the Town of Argyle.

Hold a public hearing and consider approval of Ordinance 2026-11 authorizing a Zoning Change Request (Z-25-003) from Community Retail (CR) to a Planned Development with a base zoning of Community Retail (CR) for the Heath Tract Planned Development District on a 141.67-acre tract of land, known as James P Heath Addition, Block A, Lot 1, located on the northeast corner of I-35W and FM 407 W in the Patrick Rock Survey, Abstract 1063, Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas.

Hold a public hearing and consider approval of Ordinance 2026-13 authorizing a Future Land Use Plan amendment (FLUP-26-001) from Estate Residential 1-acre to Mixed Use on a 10.00-acre tract of land out of the S.A. Chambers Survey, Abstract No. 308, being the northern portion of the E. W. Yeck Addition, Lot 1R-1, Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas.

Hold a public hearing and consider approval of Ordinance 2026-12 authorizing a Zoning Change Request (Z-26-001) from Single Family 2.5 acre Residential Estate (SF-2.5) to Local Retail (LR) for a 10.00-acre tract of land out of the S.A. Chambers Survey, Abstract No. 308, being the northern portion of the E. W. Yeck Addition, Lot 1R-1, Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas.

Hold a public hearing and consider approval of Ordinance 2026-14 authorizing an ordinance amendment (FLUP-26-002) to the Thoroughfare Plan of the Town of Argyle Comprehensive Plan adopted June 17, 2024 as Ordinance 2024-17.

Discuss and consider the selection of a primary depository bank for the Town of Argyle and direct staff regarding preparation of a Depository Bank Services Agreement for consideration at a future meeting.

Davis Survey, Abstract 325, Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas.

Discuss and consider approval of Resolution No. 2026-16 authorizing the selection of Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. to provide street maintenance and repairs engineering services; approving a Professional Services Agreement for such services in an amount not to exceed $285,000; authorizing the Town Manager to negotiate the agreement; and authorizing the Mayor to execute said agreement on behalf of the Town of Argyle.

Discuss and consider approval of Resolution No. 2026-17 authorizing the selection of Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. to serve as the Town Engineer and provide professional municipal engineering services in an amount not to exceed $330,000; approving a Professional Services Agreement for such services; authorizing the Town Manager to negotiate the agreement; and authorizing the Mayor to execute said agreement on behalf of the Town of Argyle.
