Chambers Survey, Abstract No. 308, being the northern portion of the E. W. Yeck Addition, Lot 1R-1, Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas.

Discuss and consider approval of Resolution No. 2026-16 authorizing the selection of Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. to provide street maintenance and repairs engineering services; approving a Professional Services Agreement for such services in an amount not to exceed $285,000; authorizing the Town Manager to negotiate the agreement; and authorizing the Mayor to execute said agreement on behalf of the Town of Argyle.
Discuss and consider approval of Resolution No. 2026-17 authorizing the selection of Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. to serve as the Town Engineer and provide professional municipal engineering services in an amount not to exceed $330,000; approving a Professional Services Agreement for such services; authorizing the Town Manager to negotiate the agreement; and authorizing the Mayor to execute said agreement on behalf of the Town of Argyle.
