Good evening everybody. I need to call this meeting at order at uh 5:34 on Tuesday, June 24th. Uh we have one case this evening. Uh, and before we start, I want to just make sure that everybody's in attendance and signed in in the back. If you're going to come forward to speak, uh, come forward to the podium and, uh, uh, state your case or your, uh, your testimony. Uh, anybody going to speak at this time, I have to swear again. If you wouldn't mind standing and raising your hand, raise your right hand. Do you swear to tell the whole truth, nothing but the truth? Say, I do. I do. Thank you. Uh a little bit of housekeeping before we start. We have uh approval of the minutes from the last uh zoning board hearing meeting of 527. Do I have a motion? We approve. I second that. All in favor? I I uh we have uh one case which is uh case number 20250162. Troy and Alicia Moors on a variance for a minimum front yard setback on a corner lot. This time you'd like to come forward and uh please state your name and address. Uh Troy Morris, 8739 Sunset Trail, Waterford, PA. All right, Troy. What What's your plan? Uh so I'd like to request a a small variance of 2 ft to build a garage extension on my house. Um, I think the setback is 11 feet. Like to push it out to 12 and 1/2 ft to allow for a 9 ft garage door. Um, that's pretty much it, I believe. Okay. And it's a permanent attachment to the

house. Correct. Um, is you will have to extend the driveway over a touch. Yes. Okay. because it's already extended over. It's just like another two more feet on that on that two feet. Does that extend the whole length of that the garage edition or is just a portion of it towards the dorm room? A portion of it towards the dorm. Like how many feet of the the building would you say would be encroaching on that? Uh it probably actually still be within the variance range. Um I'd say it'd be three more feet than it already is of the the piece the piece of concrete. We'll have to rip it out to put a bigger piece so it's level to the garage. Do you have any other questions, Tom? Not really. Then I don't I believe um anybody want to come forward and speak to no other testimony? I just want to make sure I understand the dimensions. How far is the current setback? Uh current set back is 30 ft from the property line and it meets it now. Sorry, it it complies with that your setback 30 ft. Um I don't understand the question. The garage is currently 30 ft from No, the current building the existing building not the future building. You mean existing building is 41 ft. The proposal would be to go 28. Uh, yes. Correct. Sorry. I just wanted to make sure. Yep. Okay. That's all I have. Okay. We have no other testimony. Do I have a motion? I move we uh grant the variance request as

stated. I second that. All in favor? I I [Music] have a motion to adjurnn. I move we adjourn. I second that. Thank you very much. Thank you. Thank you. Should I just go now? Okay. You're good. All right. Thank you. I see you. You'll be hand
