Approval to revise the 2022 Marion Township Reservoir leftover funds of $27,149.62 to the Slippery Rock Borough storm sewer project, with authorization for the Chairman to sign the paperwork. This will make the total storm sewer project $101,441.62, which will be completed in 2026.

Approval to modify the 2022 Jackson Township waterline laterals to the Saltarka Lane reconstruction project

Approval to modify the 2022 Jackson Township waterline laterals to the Saltarka Lane reconstruction project for a total of $30,000, with authorization for the Chairman to sign the paperwork. A public hearing was held on Thursday, March 19th, at 6:45 p.m. to allow for public comment on this modification of funds. The waterline laterals project fell through; therefore, we need to reallocate the funds so that we don't lose them. Saltarka Lane will be completed in 2026.

Approval to modify Penn Township's 2023 funding to eliminate housing rehab of $51,635 and reallocate it to demolition for a total of $86,635, with authorization for the Chairman to sign the paperwork. The specific house targeted will be demolished in 2026. A public hearing was held on Tuesday, March 10th, at 5:45 p.m. to allow for public comment on this modification of funds.

COR 30, which includes costs for Butler Flooring to provide leveling at Dining and Corridor 101, based on the existing conditions of the existing floor, in the amount of $6,725. c. COR 31, which includes costs for Bryan Construction to provide a knee wall at the existing opening at the Kitchen, in the amount of $750.

Approval of Resolution No. 2026-01, which certifies the local match commitment in the amount of $34,890 for operating expenses or capital expenses for the Butler Transit Authority for the period 7/1/26 - 6/30/27. Butler County receives $24,890 from several entities to cover a portion of this match commitment. This resolution is submitted by the Butler Transit Authority as part of their annual grant application.

Approval of Resolution No. 2026-02, which certifies the Section 1513 Transportation Funds local match commitment in the amount of $77,445 for operating expenses for the Butler Transit Authority for the period 7/1/26 - 6/30/27. This resolution is submitted by the Butler Transit Authority as part of their annual grant application.

Approval to submit a contract amendment request to the PA Department of Community & Economic Development (DCED) for the ARC Grant Allegheny-Clarion Valley Business Water and Wastewater Infrastructure (PA-21126) Project. The current grant ends 3/31/26. To allow adequate time to coordinate with the grant closeout, DCED and ARC Grant consultants are requesting that Butler County request a three-year extension. This approval also included the authorization for the Chairman to sign the request letter, as well as any electronic documents within the Pathways system.
