Start our meeting at 08:33. Hello, everybody. Happy New Year. And then just for the sake of news, just because before I call order and stuff like that, Sarah is leaving us. And so this is gonna be her last meeting, and Warren is gonna be replacing her.

0:26 – 1:000

And she is also here with us. And so she's gonna be our new person, and Sarah's going over to the law. Crossing the bridge. But so you'll see Lauren's name on there, and you're gonna see, like, just a few different things. So bear with Lauren as she Laurens. Learns. But okay. So I'll go ahead and call to order. We've got let's see. Let's see who's here. Lauren?

1:011

Hi, Lauren. Smith, present.

1:050

Judy? Sylvia?

1:111

Present.

1:152

Present.

1:16 – 1:290

Adriana? Present. And then myself, I'm here. I see. So we do have a quorum.

1:30 – 2:040

It looks like we are missing Jamal, Jordan, Rachel, and Jaime. Okay. So we will move on to business, and we will look at the minutes and approve the minutes from last month. And I'll go ahead and say that I abstain since I wasn't there. Okay. Thank you.

2:043

I also abstain. I was absent as well. K.

2:110

So I must be. Looks like you're speaking. I

2:19 – 2:354

think there was a spell of one of the names. I think Rachel's name was misspelled it on page was it three, if I remember correctly? I think you could just use autocorrect. Like, it probably will pop up.

2:381

Yeah. I'll use I'll start transferring this to Word because the program we use does not have autocorrect, unfortunately.

2:464

That's what I thought.

4:235

Sorry.

5:10 – 5:300

The only other thing I'd see is on page three just before b. K. This instructor helps build confidence. I think it should look to confidence is has a c e instead of the t s. That's the only thing I see.

5:33 – 6:470

Thank you. Yeah. Does everybody have time to review, or is it still reviewing? It was a lot. Do we need any more discussion or just the two changes, the spelling error, Rachel, and confidence?

6:512

That's all that I saw.

6:530

Okay. Alright. So I'll go ahead and motion to approve the minutes with those two changes.

6:584

I second.

7:02 – 7:130

Anybody opposed? Adriana, Judy, or Eli? Oh, Adriana abstained. Sorry. Judy or Eli, I guess.

7:20 – 7:370

Okay. Motion passes with two abstentions. So we'll move on to board staff communications with DWI prevention efforts. Sylvia, you wanna go first?

7:38 – 8:204

Sure. So we ended up getting our tobacco grant, which is great, but, also, we have to now figure out how to make this work transferring money in and paying students. But it's really exciting. So for those who few who are not your lifetime, we applied for a grant where we can pay students to work with us for around, like, four hours a week to create either content for social media or to go into classes or whatever else they come up with to prevent tobacco use. And we can also extend it a bit to, like, other substances like alcohol, but it's, I feel like all connected.

8:20 – 8:504

So it's, like, really great, I think, for this council as well that we got this grant. So now our first step is, like, to figure out how to make this work. And then we plan to start with the student workers in February, and the grant goes through April. So we have, like, a good time frame for them to get working, and I'm really excited about that. Then the other thing is we're nearing the end of the Pre for Change SEL teacher training.

8:50 – 9:214

So it's really encouraging to see all the teachers in there, how they've grown, and, like, the spark in their eyes, like, when they talk about things they might wanna do at their sites. So that's a really exciting thing as well. And then I think two upcoming things are that we are still trying to get the arrive alive car here. I saw, like, a question come back from was it the lady from The States? So maybe that's something we can discuss on the side as well.

9:21 – 9:414

And then we are gonna have, like, a session at the high school to plan a pre prom event to kind of prevent shrinking and thriving there and also probably dating violence would be something to add to that. Yeah. I think that's all the important things from my side.

9:430

On the grant, do you already have kids that are, like, willing to create content and stuff, or are is that still a missing piece?

9:50 – 10:334

So if you have any high schooler that you think would be interested in doing that, we would be really interested in their names. So we're thinking we're, like, connecting with the different people that are also, we don't wanna have, like, the usual kids because, like, we could just easily take the ones that are always popping up, but that's not what we wanna do. We wanna have diversity in that group, and then we are also still debating if we would take current users to still be part or if we would make that as a requirement that they have to be nonusers. But as we want kids that can speak to it a bit more. So, like, it's a fine line.

10:334

We're still trying to work all this out and also have to get some insight from this guy on this. Yeah, it's all still developing.

10:435

Okay. If you approach the art classes, you've got a digital arts class and then many of the regular arts classes. My daughter's a teacher at the high school.

10:544

So Oh, that's how you connected. I saw your last name. So, yeah, I think I know your daughter. She's great.

11:044

That's a good suggestion. I would write that down to connect with them to see if they wanna participate there.

11:115

Don't tell her I gave you her name.

11:174

Yeah. Libby's crate, if that's your daughter.

11:205

That is my daughter.

11:250

Eli, you wanna give us an update?

11:32 – 12:092

So last time I spoke about how we met with some guys from I can't remember the name of their organization now. They they went to school together at Saint Vincent's, I believe, and came to us with a proposal for a program to help build resiliency with the teens. And they came back with a very high amount. So it's it's very expensive. And so it's not something that the team center can support at this point, but we might request funding from the DWI planning council here.

12:09 – 12:432

We'll see. I'll talk with Misty about it later today. As far as preventative measures, so we're working with Jayjab to help plan a pre party for their Saturday movies. And so we helped pick out a one of the movies this month, and then this weekend, it's gonna be Monty Python and the Holy Grail. And so the pre party is gonna be here at the team center for a number of hours before the before the Sola opens up for for the teams.

12:43 – 13:092

And then there at Sola, we're gonna have a clip clop competition. So, you know, in the movie, they have the they don't have horses. They have coconuts that they just follow the guy around with. And so we're gonna have a competition to see who can make the best horse clopping sound with coconut halves, and the teams are really excited about that. So what what we're really hoping is that we'll get a larger contingent of teens going over from the teen center to the movies.

13:09 – 13:502

So I think this one, we're hoping to get more than 20. We'll see. We're also working with the tools for they're doing they're planning their spring fling, which is gonna be on February 7, I believe, a Saturday. And so we'll we're gonna meet with them next week to hash out all the plans, but I expect it'll be the same as most most dances where we go over and help bring we bring food, we bring snacks and games, and then just kind of facilitate a quieter space so they can be away from the sound and kinda decompress and not be overstimulated. And then we're working with Solas.

13:50 – 14:212

So this Spring Fling tends to be one of the smaller midnight movies, and so we're expecting probably no more than 50, maybe maybe sixty, seventy five at at most. And so we're only going to get one theater. We're not exactly sure what film yet. We're the teen center has been going to the high school a couple of times during lunch. And so while we're there, we hand out snacks and kind of promote all of the the things that are going on at the teen center and the teen center itself.

14:21 – 14:522

And one of things that we can do there while we're giving them snacks is we can ask them to fill out a survey. And so we've gotten actually really good feedback from that. And so in this next survey, next I think we're going on Tuesday. We're gonna ask them what kind of film that they would like to see. Since we're only gonna narrow down to one, we wanna get one that they actually wanna go and and and sit through the whole thing. So hopefully, that goes well. The problem with teens is they'll say that they want one movie and then end up not actually wanting to go see that when it's available to them.

14:520

I'll show you the merch.

14:582

That's all I can think of at the moment. Those two main things, the the movies and the dance. So

15:07 – 15:191

Do you have any sort of flyers that because we have whenever we have the teams come in for team port, we put stuff on the wall for them. So if you could shoot me an email with that, I could advertise here for you as well.

15:19 – 15:402

Sure. So I think I we can just pass along the the flyers that JJB has sent us for the for the the movie that's happening. I don't I don't know if it's too late for you to do this now, but for the movie that's happening on Saturday. The but we can send you more flyers for more movies. They have a movie every Saturday there. You might already have

15:400

it up. You go

15:421

to the teams. Okay. We've got this team movie night, but it doesn't say anything about the pre event at the team center, and I'd love to help you help people there.

15:51 – 16:052

Okay. Yeah. We'll we'll get you a flyer for that. And then as far as far as the the dance one, we don't have a flyer for for that just yet because we only just got in contact with the schools, they told us what date the the dance is gonna be. So we're working on that.

16:09 – 16:220

Thank you. Sounds good. Okay. And then we do have Lauren down here. I don't know if you if you and Sarah have done any or I mean going on right now.

16:22 – 17:121

It's winter. What I've got going on is just apple pie in the sky ideas that I'm excited about, but don't really know how feasible or applicable they are. I mean, I watched y'all's last DWI meeting and hearing you talk about Sanddot, which is now closing in February because that was something I was thinking of if DWI could help sponsor those events that they're having, you know, that as sober events, something like that that we don't have to put necessarily all of our effort into. But and then I didn't look too deep into what Juanita had talked about that yet. Another thing I was thinking of is preparing for when the postdocs start and interns start rolling in for the summer, having a lot of events for them.

17:12 – 17:541

Because one thing I noticed is that they do go to, like, Bozy Brothers for all these trivia events, but they don't buy any of the alcohol there because they don't wanna drink. And that's not great for the business or for the teen. Like, it makes it so Bozio actually stops doing trivia in the summer because it's not they just stay open and make no money. So, like, one of the ideas I had was doing a trivia night at the golf course since the county helps with the golf course facility, and that's supposed to be they're getting a new restaurant owner and facilitator and vendor in there. So like I said, I've got a bunch of ideas.

17:541

None of them have any sort of flesh to them at all, but I'm excited for it.

18:02 – 18:250

I love the trivia night idea. And so my first question about that with the county with the golf course, does the county charge? I mean, well, does the golf course charge the county to use, like, maybe that big room? And do we know if there's a restaurant that's starting soon? Or do we know what's gonna happen?

18:251

We I know isn't Cottonwood and

18:28 – 19:120

La Greene is closed now, I believe. I don't think that they've finalized the contract yet. I think they're in the process than they have, but I don't think there's a final number yet. Okay. And so I don't know until that contract comes out. Because I know when Cottonwood first was in, we used to be able to use that room, and it was fine. But then they started that we could use that room only if we had food from Cottonwood. And so there was, like, a few rules that changed, like, as years went on. So I don't know what will transpire with the new contract, but hopefully some good change. I don't know. We'll see. And even

19:12 – 19:421

if they're not in there, I still have the facility. I think Mike Whitby is the one who's overseeing it right now according to what I've looked at. I've got a couple contacts with the golf course, and so I can ask a little bit more. But it holds 250 people. There is they advertise it now as having a full kitchen available. I mean, food is something that we could work out. Work out. But so, like I said, it's just, like I said, one of my pie in the sky possible ideas right now. I

19:43 – 20:020

think it's a great idea. I wonder too, like, what about Fuller Lodge? I mean, I don't know, you know, can we can we sponsor something that there? And I thought about what if we, like, tagged it on to the summer concert series. I did it beforehand.

20:02 – 20:320

And so you know, because a lot of people will go, like, say, to Bozy or to Tubb prior to the concert series. And we had something, you know, we can offer for people, you know, like I said, like, postdocs and summer students coming in. If you don't wanna drink the that could be something to tag on to or have it on Thursday night, you know, that is also a good night. A good

20:321

night. Well, that's a good idea. We could look into that.

20:34 – 20:550

Yeah. Thursday or yeah. Both of those. And Fuller Life, we definitely could do. We just need to get on the calendar earlier than later because they book up. But that's pretty easy to do. And it keeps them centrally located, I think. You know? I'm not Yes. Course is, like, so far, but, you know, I think Yeah.

20:571

A lot of them don't have cars, though. You know, there's not a lot of Well, yeah, kids that come here, and

21:040

they they like I said,

21:051

they just don't have vehicles or aren't used to New Mexico where you should have three cars. Right? So

21:120

Well, at least two that don't run-in your yard. Yeah.

21:181

I think that's all I've got as

21:20 – 21:560

far as ideas. So The only thing I'll add is that, like Sylvia already brought up, we are discussing about bringing Arrive Alive again back to the schools. DFA said originally no, but they're kind of like, Sylvia and Christine really wanted, and so we sent a letter with, like, reasons why the kids enjoyed it. We did the surveys. The responses were really good from the kids too. And so DFA is considering it. They haven't given us the green light yet, but they're considering it. So we'll see if that happens. If that does happen, I think it's in February. Right?

21:57 – 22:170

Yeah. It's it'll be, like, right around the corner. So we'll see if we're able to get get them The biggest thing, Sylvia, they asked was so they asked about the before survey, which we do, and then the after survey, but they wanna survey two months after. Is that something you and Christine could do?

22:17 – 22:514

So on the school side, I think that would be super easy. But what we proposed this year as well was to have it come, like, two days at the high school and then one day either at Lennell or the community side. So I think there it would be more difficult. I mean, we could capture people's email addresses and then just send them something that we might need an incentive for them to fill it up because, otherwise, I don't think we will get that on that side for the students. Like, if the teacher says, like, please fill out the survey, and, like, they normally do that.

22:52 – 23:130

So Yeah. If that makes sense. We made them register with an email, like, on the community site, then we would send them an email two months later. Yeah. Okay. So we can respond to that later today. I just wanted to make sure we do the two month survey. I know we did the first and the post, but then I was like, two months. We've not done that one before.

23:13 – 23:254

Yeah. For the school side, it's an easy thing just because we will have teachers bring their classrooms, so that's, like, easy. And then we have to probably think about how we wanna do it for the community side.

23:260

Okay. Thank you.

23:29 – 23:424

And then also, do we have still those connections? I know, like, we tried last year to bring it to Lionel. I think that's something because it will be a very short timeline that we might be needing to start working

23:42 – 24:010

on. What was that? I was asking if it happened at Lionel, but it did not. It did not. We could probably just have it. But if it didn't happen at Lionel last time and we had a lot more time, I would think we'd probably just have to have it on the community side.

24:02 – 24:460

Let me let me see if I can chase that down because, you know, goals are due right now for our fiscal year, and Jen Payne has asked that everybody put in, you know, like, traffic safety or some sort of, like, pedestrian or traffic safety into their goals. We were talking about that yesterday, and I have a meeting with Jen Payne actually next Monday. So Yeah. I've got such a huge initiative with the lab right now, and she's, like like, she's high up there in our ALD. So I might be able to plant that seed and see if she wants to. What were the dates again, Sylvia? Do you remember the date or Sarah?

24:464

Did we set dates yet?

24:490

I thought there was tentative dates, but there not did I not read that one? Okay. Never mind. Maybe we just said February.

24:574

Yeah. Unless I plan click on it, I'm not aware that we set any. Maybe with Christine and I haven't been

25:040

part of the conversation.

25:061

If you don't remember, it must have

25:08 – 25:310

been my head. Too much going on. Yeah. So if you could find out, Lauren, and then maybe just send an email because our next meeting will be too late to know that information. Yeah. Yeah. Absolutely. Perfect. Thank you. Something else that I wanted to say about because I saw that we had talked about maybe this is coming up next.

25:31 – 26:080

But had talked about maybe having another event, like, for and I love the idea of trivia. I think that that could bring in, you know, maybe maybe we do a series of events across this summer or something with the trivia and maybe, you know, bring in the mocktail bar again or something like that. Yeah. Yeah. I like that too. I think trivia, even if we didn't do, like, a mocktail all the or, you know, if we did just even something, like, it's pretty easy to kind of

26:081

do. To me, the things that were, like, the biggest success, just looking at what I saw people at with other trivia nights, because

26:160

I believe it or not, I

26:18 – 27:001

love trivia, were, like, the themed ones that you announced. And so, like, a monthly it's, like, don't know. Monthly, even more often than that, a Saturday night, like, a Harry Potter, a Disney. There was one that was really popular. Was Bob's Burgers. So and then I looked a little bit into it. The one that Bozy has is put on by Geeks Who Drink. That's obviously doesn't really fit under Lisa's purview. There's about four other trivia services that you can subscribe to. That way, it's not one person looking up questions that they think are hard or easy, and there it's a it's run through their programs and systems. So I can look more into that too and kinda get more information

27:000

on that as well. Yeah. That would be good.

27:044

Yeah. I think that'd

27:05 – 27:220

be super fun. Even, like I mean, think about, like, the Los Alamos population, like, doing, like, a, like, a game like, a board game trivia, you know, that has, like, I don't know, stuff about D and D. Or That'd be great. Yeah. Yeah.

27:23 – 27:415

On the cruise ship, we did trivia every day we were at sea, and my husband laughs about the day he and I just playing the two of us. You could have a group up to six. He and I won for the day, but the topic was health and sciences.

27:420

Right.

27:445

His PhD is chemical physics.

27:510

But that's a great idea. Right? Like, health and sciences, that could be a really good one for the you know, again, thinking about the postdocs or students coming through.

28:005

And destinations in The US.

28:031

Oh, yeah. Okay. I'll start flushing that idea out a little bit more then. It seems to have some legs.

28:100

I think so. Yeah.

28:115

I'm willing to help with that.

28:141

Okay. Thank you, Judy.

28:170

Okay. So let's move on to treatment. Adriana, if you wanna give us an update.

28:26 – 29:103

Okay. So for Rackstop IoT, the only things I have updated is right now we have 16 clients, active clients in IoT, little, low numbers. We kinda had, like, this big amount of people coming in, and then they just kinda died out. So we're like, what's going on? But we've also heard that other treatment centers have also opened up as well. So we're thinking, oh, that's what's going on. We are still fully staffed, thankfully. I know that for a good while, we were had a big turnover on our staff, and now we've we're pretty good. We're staffed. They are looking at hiring one more to assist with our groups in the evenings.

29:11 – 29:443

We have two CPSWs right now who facilitate our groups for us in the evenings along with our our counselors. The only different, thing that we've added was we used to do the matrix curriculum on Wednesday group evenings, and now that has changed. We implemented the seeking safety curriculum. All of our staff has been trained on it, and certified to facilitate that. Right now, I don't have any Los Alamos referrals for Monica.

29:44 – 30:293

It's been kinda quiet. Mhmm. And I think that's all we have. Aftercare, it that one did change. Aftercare with us has always been just, like, you know, kind of it's been a voluntary program for our clients. So they complete the IoT, and then we, offer them after care services. And what that entailed would be once a month a check-in with their assigned therapist, you know, just kinda checking in, seeing how they're doing. And then we got different staff. They came in, and we had a different clinical supervisor. So then they implemented doing a group for them, a group session, like a processing group.

30:29 – 31:103

And then we implemented a smart recovery group during the day. So we've ran we've ran with that for a while. So aftercare was getting an individual session, an aftercare group, and a smart recovery once a month. Then the smart recovery just wasn't people weren't attending. It was just kind of a waste of staff time. Right? So we did away with the Smart Recovery, and we kept the groups, and we kept the individual sessions. Well, now we're finding it hard for people to come into the groups. So our new clinical staff reverted it back to the way it used to be. So right now, our aftercare does consist of just a monthly session.

31:10 – 31:523

So they'll bring it to the clinical staff and say, hey. You know, so and so is ready to be done. I'm recommending aftercare. They want aftercare. They'll put them in for three months. So it's three individual sessions. So it'll be once a month. Unless clinically indicated that they need more, they can go up to two. They can go up to three sessions, you know, just to come check-in with their therapist and see how they're doing and stuff like that. But it is for three months. Again, it can be clinically recommended to extend it to six months depending on the progress of the client and, you know, you the therapist feel they need a little bit more support. That is pretty much the only thing that we have on our side for Rackstop.

31:550

Thank you. Does anybody have anything for her? Okay. We'll do law enforcement. Monica?

32:12 – 32:376

Numbers for December, I had zero on all on both municipal and magistrate cases, so I didn't get any new December cases. Currently, magistrate cases, I have 11. Pretrial, I have zero. Permit magistrate probation magistrate, I have eight. And pretrial municipal, I have seven.

32:40 – 33:036

Warrants for magistrate, I have zero. Pretrial magistrate, I have zero. Municipal, active warrants, I have one. Municipal pretrial, active warrants, I have two. There's not there's not a lot going on. Cases have been kinda slow right now. Uh-huh. So I don't really have a lot to report right now.

33:06 – 33:230

Thank you. And Lauren. Okay. So I know I wasn't here in December. So I wanted to give kind of an update to do, like, an end of year review for 2025 for Lantel because I do think that this is important.

33:23 – 34:030

I think I'll try to add this to the letter, Sarah, that you asked me to write. But for the year, the grand total was 55 DWIs. We had 18 go into alcohol treatment, two, that had some sort of domestic with alcohol involved, two that was just a general battery with alcohol involved, and we seem to see see those as, like maybe it wasn't against their, partner or spouse. We had six positives in the workplace, six that were, nope. That's wrong.

34:06 – 34:430

12 positives in the workplace. Sorry. And then, one positive for drugs two positives for drugs that were immediately terminated. And then some sort you know, like, some others, we had 17 others. We had a total of a 100 and twelve cases throughout the year.

34:45 – 35:170

Still vast majority were males with eighty nine males, which is about seventy nine percent, and twenty three females. And our and our biggest, you know, issue is still DWI. DWI is made up almost 50% of the cases that we, that were referred to us. In 2026, so far, we've had, which has just been this week of people, putting their reportables, three DWIs. One went into alcohol inpatient treatment.

35:17 – 35:390

One was another. It was kind of this, it looks like a battery likely alcohol involved, but we still haven't gotten a lot of information on that one yet. Sometimes the reportables come in a little come in not as fast, but all have been mailed. All five of our cases have been mailed so far. And that's just counting on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.

35:39 – 36:120

We haven't and nothing's been accounted for yet or people are, haven't been released yet. So I do think, you know, there's still the importance of, you know, trying to target DWIs. Unfortunately, it's all over the state, but I was gonna say, Adriana, don't worry. We've got people who will likely be coming to you. Because some of the December ones, we haven't even been able to work up just because of when they came to leave. So anyway. Wow. Yeah. Yeah. That is yeah.

36:12 – 36:570

50%. And it actually we actually went down from 2025. 2025 had a total of a 112, but still vast majority are men. We have, you know, almost 80%. 79% were men in 2024. Sorry. 2024, we had a 114. I'm messing up my tabs. 2025, we had a hundred and twelve. So it went down two cases, but it's still vast majority of men. Almost eighty percent. Wow. Yeah. I wonder, Adriana, if you see that's a similar distribution, you know, when in your treatment program too.

36:58 – 37:093

Most of ours are males. Actually, no. I it it differs. Like, I think now we have about maybe four or five females.

37:10 – 37:313

But it's mostly the male population. The only thing with us locally is that we're not really getting any, referrals from, like, our municipal courts the way we used to. So that's where our higher numbers used to be. Yeah. But that's a lot, especially for you just within one week already.

37:34 – 38:163

See, and that's another reason why we kinda did away with the aftercare group is because, a lot of them were referred. Right? And a lot of times, we were calling it with pardon my language. It was a bitch session. These clients were coming in, they were just complaining about Llano and all this. And I'm sitting there thinking, like, well, you gotta hold yourself accountable. Like, you did this to yourself. So we just said, you know what? This group is just not gonna function. They're not getting anything out of it because a majority of them are landlord referred, and that's all they're doing is talking with each other and just complain about their case and what's going on. And so that's why we decided, nope. No more group. It's not even a group.

38:17 – 38:440

Yeah. Gotcha. Yeah. It's interesting because it seems like the DOE wants that aftercare and looks at it positively so long as the, you know, the employee is truly invested in their sobriety. And I would think that yeah. We found a lot of people who aren't actually invested in, their surviving. So The

38:44 – 39:123

good thing that we've noticed in our program is a lot of times, yes, people come in and they're pissed because they don't wanna be here. Right? They don't have a problem. Oh, my job made me do this, or the courts are making me do this. But then after a while, like, I give them, like, three weeks into the program, and then they're participating, and then they realize. And then at the end, they're like, wow. I didn't think I had a problem, but, you know, after learning from all this stuff, it's like, yeah, I did. You know, I got in trouble. It cost me a lot of money and, you know, almost my job. You know?

39:12 – 39:453

And I've had some clients who say that now they're gonna be a voice for the younger ones going into Llano because, you know, they've had the experience and they know how bad it was that they almost lost their job. So there's been a lot of positive outcome, which is good versus the resistance where they just at first, they just ugh. They hate me. But then after a while, they're like, oh, cool. You know, everything was good, and and they liked it. So just to give you a heads up, Lauren, too, my, directors are gonna be reaching out to you, Louise and Amber Lytle. So you should be getting an email.

39:52 – 40:250

Okay. Thank you. And then chairman report, really just the transition of Sarah and Lauren trying to learn jobs and learn jobs with Lauren at the same time that Sarah trains Lauren and things like that. I don't think I have much more. Yeah. And then I don't know if you have anything, Lauren or Sarah.

40:30 – 41:051

Staff report. Again, transition. Right? Distribution at a glance, we are looking this isn't going to this isn't correct because I just made adjustments to the budget. I realized at the beginning of the year, I screwed up on some numbers. So I made the adjustments. It's going to reflect eventually in the distribution at a glance. Otherwise, Lauren and Juanita are pulling together application for FY twenty seven. They're also gonna be doing the quarter two report together, so

41:054

bear with Lauren them. It's it's a process.

41:09 – 41:281

It's a big process, and I'm sure they're gonna figure it out. Juanita's done it with me a few times, so Juanita's got experience. Otherwise, that's it. Lauren's gonna take over. She's gonna do a great job. She has great ideas. She has good connections. It's gonna positively move forward.

41:290

Thank you. So

41:33 – 42:151

and if you give her any lip, I know where you guys work. You could meet me whenever. I let's see. Day three. So I've just been trying to learn as much as I can right now. I've, like, been ditching drinking from a fire hose. So if I have questions, I'm not afraid to ask, and I will reach out. I'm happy to use resources and as I learn. And it seems one of the things I was talking about yesterday is that I think this training is probably gonna take at least a full year because there's things that you don't do but once a year. And so that's something I'm prepared for.

42:15 – 42:341

I'm excited for new ideas. Like I said, right now, I'm just kinda focusing on learning what I can do and trying to walk before I run too fast. So it's all coming well. It's fine. I don't wanna fall down in the Just let it go. It's fine. That's it for me.

42:34 – 42:510

So that brings us to the roundtable. One of the things I said we would talk about is, like, as the meetings ended, is everybody okay for February? Our meeting would be on the twelfth. Mhmm. Yes.

42:524

So did we wanna keep this time? Or because I think we were thinking about, like

42:59 – 43:250

So we had talked about changing it last time, and then no one really, like there was, I think, Jaime that said he might have been able to do a later time, but then a lot of us agreed that this time was good. So then I just said we would kinda discuss it at the end of each meeting and decide if we needed to reschedule it. So that's kinda where we are. I don't know. Does the twelfth work for everyone here? I know that that not everyone's here. But, Judy, I think you can't do next month. Right?

43:255

You are correct. We're seeing the surgeon in Phoenix again.

43:300

I can't do the next month, but I could do the fifth.

43:35 – 43:594

Yeah. For me, they schedule, like, in parallel with this, like, from eight to nine in SCL Northern New Mexico cohort. And I just told them that DWI was there first, and I'm just gonna log off at 08:30. But if we, like, for any reason, could start at nine, that would help me. But I could also just say, like, you guys were there first, and I'm not gonna be there for the entire time.

44:000

It's actually down on February 12. We can reach no. Okay. This will We could do

44:055

the fifth or the nineteenth.

44:110

Does the fifth every work for everyone else? It's a quick turnaround, but does that work for Adrian? Does that work for

44:196

you, Sylvia?

44:213

Yeah. That will work for me on the fifth.

44:25 – 44:364

No. But if if one work, we have an all day training there. Just check my calendar. I'm sorry. But, also, the quorum without me, like, go ahead and meet.

44:370

Eli, does the does the nineteenth or the twelfth work for you?

44:412

Yeah. The twelfth, the nineteenth, or the fifth is all fine.

44:466

Okay. So let's see. So Sylvia

44:490

I could do the but

44:514

not the fifth.

44:530

You say that again. Sorry.

44:554

Could do February 12, but I could not do February 5.

45:02 – 45:460

And then Judy and Lauren cannot do this twelfth. Okay. So we'll do some side like, seeing who else that's not here currently and see who's here, and then we'll send out an update of the meeting based on the other people that may or may not be able to attend. So that'll come in an email probably in the next week or so. Judy, you are hold on. Make sure I get my notes with my words and my thoughts. Mhmm. In regards to time, I mean, I can as long as I have enough notice, I can switch things around. I think Jaime was saying it's because he's on Graves. Is that right?

45:46 – 46:230

And so we're he struggles with Yes. And he I think he's trying to switch to the traffic team, so I don't know. Okay. If if that changes, then he'll be on days. Okay. So, yeah, I mean, that'd be figuring yeah. Out Yeah. Okay. Does anybody else have anything for that, people? No? Okay. We'll end early today at 09:20.
