Members of the public wishing to address the Planning Commission for any matter not on the agenda may do so at this time by completing and submitting a speaker card to the Planning Commission clerk. For items on the agenda, speakers will be called by the chair at the point on the agenda when the item will be heard. Speakers are encouraged to keep comments to three minutes or less into state name and community of residents. Under the provisions of the California government code, the Planning Commission is prohibited from discussing or taking immediate action on any item on the agenda unless it can be demonstrated to be of an emergency nature or the need to take immediate action arose after the posting of the agenda.

Good evening, chair and vice chair and commissioners. The applicant has requested to continue their item to a date uncertain. They are continuing to work on potentially new tools for their project, so they would like to continue it to a later date.

I moved to allow the continuance of the Royal Wave car wash application.

Okay. So I guess that takes us up to, item seven, commission, comments, ideas, questions, etcetera. Who wants to start? We don't have to, you know,

if you don't have There there's I saw something today that's that I'd see as a real problem. These I guess they call them calming corners or whatever where they push out the corners so only one car can fit through at the intersections. They're doing that at Malaga and Dawes. That area in the morning between Cordova High School, the middle school, and, Cordova Meadows Elementary, that area is heavy, heavy, heavy traffic. And when all and everyone's going all different directions, and when only one car can pass through the stop sign, this is a problem just waiting to happen.

Before I turn this over to our director, I'll just say that I'm really disappointed that we're having this meeting tonight. I just I when I worked in the you know, twenty five years ago when I was on the planning side of this, the development side of this, I can't tell you how many meetings I showed up to only to find out that they were canceled at the last minute. Canceling items, canceling meetings is happens on a routine basis. It just seems like a phenomenal this meeting tonight seems like a phenomenal waste of commissioners' times and city money. And then that's my only comment. Arlene, take it away.

Sure. Thank you, chair. I don't have much, but, just to remind everybody that the next meeting, for planning commission is canceled for, this month. And so we'll be rejoining if there are items for the October month, and we'll let you know, if any of those meetings are canceled. So
