Oh, a meeting to order? Yes. Are you ready? Oh, why?
Well, I'm so scared of that.
Why do we have to say it's America? It's a republic for which it's one nation. I don't know. Maybe it's all because we've done this for all. On our agenda is the approval of the last meeting of the Summit Township Planning Commission.
We make a move that we accept the minutes of the last meeting as presented. Do you second?
I can't.
I wasn't hearing you.
Yes, I will. Correspondent Stamme? Second. Next on our agenda is the Overlander Subdivision, minor subdivision. You're up.
Okay, we're ready. This is a subdivision of one acre. We've already got your name in. Oh, yeah, Hamlin Yard. I can. Yep, surveyor for this subdivision. And the object here is to subdivide off of parcel A, one acre, gross 0.941 acres net. From the rest of the parcel, 40, 14, 86, 54. Yeah, there are residents on each of those. Parcel A has a residential building on it, and the residue also has a Red Central building on it. Those buildings are served by a municipal sewer, That's the sub-region proposal.
As noted, the sewer is going to have to be documented or recognized.
Yeah, the sub-region plan was drafted up before I was aware of the sewer, exactly where the sewer lines ran. So yeah, we'll add that to it before it gets filed by the supervisors. Questions and comments from the board?
Call for motion. Make a motion. We approve the plan as submitted. Second. Discussion? All in favor? Aye. Gary, thank you.
Thank you. Tammy, if I pick those up tomorrow? Okay, if I pick those up tomorrow?
Sounds good.
Okay, thanks.
Next on our agenda is the official transportation plan. or change, or I guess, withdrawal and second move, AutoRoad.
So up here we have what's changing. On the left side is the proposed change where we remove AutoRoad, the future extension of AutoRoad at Essendon Drive, and the future traffic signal on Peachtree. And on the right is what's here now, that blue circle is post-future traffic signal. So it doesn't mean that there will never be a traffic signal there. It just means that we're not pushing for it on our end. So it's not coming with this new improvement on 19? No. Now, it depends on games as necessary. They can, but we're not pushing. Just the driveway? Yeah. So it doesn't mean there won't ever be a traffic signal there. It just means that we don't advocate as harshly as we used to. And if I remember right, we had means of traffic signals there. And the big stumbling block was the driveway's offset between Auto Row and the Voyager's RV. Gotcha. So that's the change. The existing right-of-way that's there will be split between the two property owners right down the middle. It'll be their responsibility to do that split. So what you see on the left is what the final product will be once that's all completed.
Pretty simple. All for a motion.
I make a motion to approve the submission to vacate the Auburn Road property as it is presented. Second.
Discussion? All in favor? Aye. Motion carried. Next on our agenda is the planning sewer model.
So we have the James Bartholomew land, I should say, and he would like to someday build a seagull when we call in. He did PERC in four different areas, and so he is going forward with filling out the component one with the email.
Questions or comments, the only comment I have is to.
Is to emphasize that this is a, our understanding is that this is a single family. Well, yes.
Okay.
All right.
All for motion on that.
I'm going to be. It's accepted as it is.
Do you second? I'll second the motion. Any discussion? No. All in favor? Aye. Aye. Motion carried. Comprehensive plan implementation update. Ordinance amendment. Recommendation.
Does she matter?
I don't really have anything this month. Good. Okay.
When's it coming? When do we... The last one's 2018, so it'll be 2028 for the next one?
They recommend every 10 years. However, you can make small adjustments if you want to, every five. Okay. You don't have to overhaul the whole thing. You can make amendments if you'd like.
If I remember, the last one started in 2018, but it really didn't end until, what, like the end of 2019 or something like that.
Yeah, it was before the zoning ordinance, which was 20.1. Okay. So, it was the final comprehensive plan, it was the 2018, we ended up calling it the 2018 comprehensive plan.
Thank you. Other business? Other business? Public comment? I guess probably not. No, please, it's Pat.
Be kind.
I'm going to be at Sarah. All in favor?
Aye. Motion carried. Still not the shortest meeting on record. Got it. Shortest out of the blanket.
