City Council - Special Meeting

Councilwoman Wilbur. Mayor, you have a quorum. Okay. Um, so are we going to the resolution? Okay. So, I need a motion. Item two, business is a resolution a resolution regarding the terms for the board of zoning appeals. So moved.

Second. We have a motion and a second. And basically this is because at the last council meeting we failed to get a motion in a second. We passed it. So it was just error.
