Um, Council Member um, Christopher Zach, Council Member Alan Cells, Council Member Jennifer Philippy, and Council Member Aaron Brumley, and I apologize, Council Member Sarah Bon, I should identify you as mayor prom if I'm not here. No, that's your title here. Um, there is only one item on this agenda. City Attorney David Davidson, will you read the item under the city attorney's report?
