The area in question was previously part of the construction of the Regency Sea Center's Oak Valley Village in accordance with the Basement Plan 2024-00059, which included the approval of the location plan and the construction site. Therefore, this application is limited to the proposed passage use and does not significantly change the previously approved location design. The area in question is located on the southeast corner of Oak Valley Parkway and Interstate 10 and is primarily surrounded by additional roads within the Oak Valley Village project. The development includes a 2,035 feet large restaurant in a circa 9,000 feet large building.
