Good morning. I'd like to call to order the public hearing on local law D of 2026. This public hearing is being held to allow the general public to provide testimony in support or in opposition of local law D of 2026, which is currently before the mayor for consideration. The title of the public, excuse me, the title of the local law as follows. A local law amending article 14 of the code of the city of Albany in relation to the department of administrative services and the office of cultural affairs. Present today we have Dr. Dorsey Aclers, mayor, city of Albany and Shika Jackson, city clerk. Should anyone have any testimony? Again, this public hearing is being held in support or opposition of local law D of 2026, which is currently for the mayor for consideration. The time is now 11:03.
