Welcome everyone to the regular meeting for the Minneapolis Planning Commission for January 20th, 2006. My name is Chris Meyer and I'm a chair of the commission. At this time, I will ask the clerk to please call the role. Commissioner Chowry is absent. Connley is absent. Garcia here. Gordon is absent. Jones here. Shfty is absent. Shepard here. Wagner is [snorts] absent. Vice President Baxley here. President Meyer here. There are five members present. We have a quorum. Uh first we'll go to the minutes for January 5th, 2026. Is there a motion to adopt those minutes? So moved. Is there a second?

Was anyone here to speak against the staff recommendation for item number four? All right, we'll keep that on consent. Uh second, we have 1914 Washington Avenue North in W 5. Was anyone here to speak against the staff recommendation on number five? All right, we'll keep that on consent. Next is 2116 Nicollet Avenue. Was anyone here to speak against the staff recommendation for item number six? Uh, Chair Meer, just a clarification. Item number six is a twocycle continuence.
