Announcements, Committee Reports, and Commission Reports are for the purpose of presenting brief comments or reports, are subject to California Government Code Section 54954.2 of the Brown Act and are limited to 15 minutes, 3 minutes per member of the Planning Commission. In addition, the Chair shall receive any necessary additional time to delivery announcements of community events and opportunities.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: 1) Conduct the public hearing. 2) Adopt RESOLUTION NO. 26-4091 - A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF IRVINE, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING CITY COUNCIL ADOPTION OF CITY-INITIATED ZONE CHANGE 00988141-PZC TO ESTABLISH A RISK MANAGEMENT PLAN OVERLAY DISTRICT AND MODIFY REVIEW PROCEDURES AND NOTICING REQUIREMENTS IN CHAPTERS 2-23, 5-6, 9-8, AND 9-10 OF THE IRVINE ZONING ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO USES THAT REQUIRE A RISK MANAGEMENT PLAN
