Section 12.12.030 (Use Regulations-Table): Amend by establishing a new use category, "Data Center," and use regulations for this new use in all zoning districts.

Section 12.32.030 Certificates and Permits): Amend subsection 12.32.030.C by establishing a moratorium on the issuance of any zoning relief or building permit for a Data Center, for the purpose of providing the City with the opportunity and time to undertake studies and obtain resident input on the impacts that Data Centers may have on the infrastructure, environment, health, and economy of the City and community, and to consider amendments to the ordinance.
