At this time members of the public may address the City Council regarding any item listed on the agenda only. Those persons wishing to address the City Council are requested to complete and submit to the Deputy City Clerk a "Request to Speak" form available at the entrance to the Great Oak Hall at the Chino Hills Community Center. Comments will be limited to a maximum of three minutes per speaker. Time allotted per person may vary depending on the total number of speaker cards received. This comment period will generally be limited to 30 minutes, so not all members of the public may have the opportunity to speak.
Discuss City Council Goals for major projects and initiatives for Fiscal Years 2026-27 and 2027-28 to establish priorities and strategic direction as informed by community input
