I apologize, but no. I wish, but no. No, at that point, if there's no quorum, staff has certain recommendations already. However... You know, the code requires comments be made within 60 days. So we would look at whether these will get pushed to the next meeting. And anyone that is hitting the 60 days would move forward with whatever staff comments are there. That's what the code provides for. So ideally, we would have our quorum today, but that's going to depend on the fellow board members.

So the request for the single-family homes, yes. And for the... Architectural conditions review here on DRB 2026, number 11. They're not requesting any sort of exception or variance, correct? Correct. It's just review?

They're just coming back for the second. You don't have to come before or after commission. Correct. And I believe for the finishes on the exterior.

Right. This is limited only to, it's something that we've already reviewed and you're looking at the exterior only. Correct. I'm pulling up the code right now just so that I don't say anything that is completely out of line. So give me one second. Let me pull up that section.

OK. Really quick, the city clerk just came in and she said that we're not going to have quorum. Danny Guerra, Christian Rodriguez, and and Angel, they all sent correspondence to the clerk saying that they weren't going to be able to attend.

Well, as you're doing that, Alex, as you're doing that, let me just ask us tsunami and make it on the record for the board that we should go back to the three more member as a quorum. And this got changed to four. And I think we should go back to the three member quorum because here we are, we have three. And I'm kind of, I feel bad for the folks that flew in specifically for this. they would like to have heard what needed to be heard and stated. And so unfortunately now we can't give them our opinion, what we see or what was approved by commission.

So my understanding is that the quorum is set by the number of members on the board and not an arbitrarily set number. So if you have seven members, a quorum is four. You can't say it's three. I understand that.

But it wasn't that way before. It was always three no matter what. Even when we had nine, that's what I was saying going back to the old days. Again, it's your call. You're the boss.

I think it's Alex because I think it's a legal issue It's not something that we see that it's that quorum is defined as that but I'll let him out Quorum is quorum is set by code at four members and it was raised.

And so the rest of the other, I guess it says no quorum, all the rest of the other applicants also get approved today, correct?

I believe so.

Board members, and Surami, so the directive from the commission just confirmed was that this item be heard for the exterior changes to the facade by this board. That said, what we're going to do is this item is going to come back at the next DRB meeting, and we will hear it at that point.

On the single-family homes, those will go with, because those do not have the same kind of directive from the commission and because single-family homes, again, are a different type of review to the non-single-family homes, those can go with staff's recommendations and go continue through the process. However, the subtext item A on your agenda is going to come back.
