To enter Executive Session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, s. 21(a)(3) and (7) and Suffolk Construction v. DCAM, 449 Mass. 444 (2007) for the purpose of strategy discussions with counsel related to a grievance by the Littleton Police Association under the collective bargaining agreement, as discussion in open session may have a detrimental effect on the Town’s bargaining position.
