Amendment to a Memorandum of Understanding with the County of Sacramento District Attorney's Office for the Community Prosecutor Program
Recommendation: Pass a Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute an amendment to a Memorandum of Understanding between the City and the County of Sacramento County District Attorney's Office for the Community Prosecutor Program.

Authorization for the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency to Apply for Grant Funding Under the Transformative Climate Communities Program, as Administered by the Strategic Growth Council in the Amount of $300,000 for the West Broadway Neighborhood
Recommendation: Adopt a City Council Resolution authorizing the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) as lead applicant and the City of Sacramento as its co-applicant, to: 1) submit an application to the California Strategic Growth Council for a Transformative Climate Communities (TCC) Planning Grant in the Amount of $300,000; 2) if awarded, delegate authority to SHRA, as lead applicant, to execute all necessary grant-related documents in coordination with the City of Sacramento; 3) authorize SHRA and the City of Sacramento to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding related to administration of the TCC grant; and 4) make related findings.
[Contract Amendment] Extension of Department of Utilities Leadership Program
Recommendation: Pass a Motion: 1) authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute Contract Amendment No. 04 to City Contract PRC002217 with Andrew Olson dba Leadership Development Network, LLC., to increase the Department of Utilities Leadership Program not-to-exceed amount by $100,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $397,780 and extending for a one-year term, for a total not-to-exceed term of 4 years; and 2) ratifying all previous contract amendments executed pursuant to the City Manager's delegated authority to execute contract amendments and thus resetting the City Manager's or designee's authority to issue change orders for City Agreement No. PRC002217.
Modification and Extension of the Supplemental Parking Permit Pilot Program
Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution modifying and extending the Supplemental Parking Permit Pilot Program through July 31, 2028.
Fiscal Year 2026/27 Business Improvement District Annual Proceedings
Recommendation: Adopt: 1) a Resolution approving the Central Midtown Restaurant Business Improvement District (BID) Annual Report and confirming the annual budget and assessment for fiscal year (FY) 2026/27; 2) a Resolution approving the Sacramento Tourism Infrastructure District Annual Report and confirming the annual budget and assessment for the first half of FY2026/27; and 3) a Resolution approving the Sacramento Tourism Marketing District Annual Report and confirming the annual budget and assessment for the first half of FY2026/27.
