9:50 – 10:130

Okay, great. Uh pledge of allegiance led by the vice chair. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

10:14 – 10:440

Thank you very much. Appreciate that. to the audience. We had a um study session prior to this where we discussed the different items on here and we do have some additional stipulations that will be need to be read into the record I believe on number two, number three, number four. So David, whoever wants to take the charge here and you want to start with number two.

10:44 – 12:000

For item number two, PLH250040 PDP stipulation number 11, the developer shall work with staff to commemorate the heritage of the Goodyear town site into a historical monument. That's it for item number three, PL25 00025. Stipulation number six, the entertainment use permit shall remain in effect for two years from the date of city council approval by the city of Chandler. That's it. And for item number four, PLH2533, um adding stipulation number five, any change in business ownership shall void this use permit and shall require a new use permit application and approval by the city of Chandler.

11:56 – 12:410

Great. Thank you. Um to the audience, we will do this in one motion. Does anybody in the audience want to speak on any of the items that were presented tonight? If none, what's the commission's pleasure? Chair, I'll uh be recusing myself from item number two. I live in proximity of the project. Okay. Thank you very much. Do I have a motion from somebody? Vice chair. Chair. uh move to approve today's consent agenda with the revisions to the stipulations as read in by staff to items two, three, and four. Okay, second. Okay, we have a second.

12:39 – 13:410

Any further discussion? I do have one comment I want to make. Um, we've had a couple parcels along Basher Road that have come through and one of the concerns from the neighbors have been Basher Road the traffic and it's not related to the parcels going in. But I would urge that when it gets to council that our traffic department um either whether it's coming to council or you working with our parks department to address Basher Road. the calming thing. It's not these this 12 acre 12 home parcel or the one from a few weeks ago, but it's just the neighbor the people going down to Snedigger as a safety factor. So, I will urge our staff to get with traffic and figure out something to help alleviate the concerns from those people. You know, I live down there, I'd be concerned people doing 40, 50 miles an hour going on Basher Road because their kids are late for practice. But if we could maybe put that in make sure that's in the record, I'd appreciate it. So if not, any other further comments? Okay. All those in favor say I.

13:41 – 14:090

I. I. I. I. Okay. I'm just saying to the people on the phone. Okay. Motion carries unanimously. Um comments from anybody, staff. Okay. Commissioners. Okay. The next meeting we the March 4th meeting is canceled. Next meeting will be held on March 18th here in the chambers at 5:30. With that we are adjourned.
