All of these principles are focused on building a continuous relationship where all community members work together to maintain safety. I think this idea is best summarized in Robert Peel's Police Principle in 1829. The key vision of this program is to provide real-time air reconnaissance before the police and emergency rescue teams arrive at the site. The DFR improves the reconnaissance of all reports, and is designed to provide important information to the police and rescue teams before arriving at the site. In an institution that has already introduced the DFR, the effect of greatly reducing response time has been proven.
