Approve the Minutes of the last City of Hialeah Historic Preservation Board held on September 2, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
RESOLUTION: Proposed resolution recommending the Street Naming of West 41st Street from West 12 Avenue to West 16 Avenue as “Interamerican Bank Boulevard (Blvd)” with the cost of signage to be paid by the City, in honor of the institutions service to South Florida and thirty years of presence with the City.
- Application by Enrique Masson, on behalf of Interamerican Bank, for a street naming of West 41st Street between West 12th Avenue and West 16th Avenue as “Interamerican Bank Blvd”, with the cost of the signage to be paid by the City.
RESOLUTION: Proposed resolution recommending the street naming of East 41st Street from East 2nd Avenue to East 4th Avenue as “David Lee Dielmann Street” with the cost of signage to be paid by the City, in honor of his involvement with the community.
- Application by Steve Dillman, sponsored by Council Member Gelien Perez, for a street naming as East 41st Street from East 2nd Avenue to East 4th Avenue “David Lee Dielmann Avenue”, with the cost of the signage to be paid by the City.
RESOLUTION: Proposed resolution recommending the street naming of West 37th Sreet from West 16th Avenue to West 18th Avenue as “Hialeah Speedway Boulevard” with the cost of signage to be paid by the City, in honor of its contributions within the community.
