All right, we'll go ahead and call this regular meeting uh for September 3rd of the Planning and Zoning Commission to order. Can we start with a roll call? Chair Hume, Vice Chair Koshel here, Commissioner Quinn here, Commissioner Barello here, Commissioner Gallo here, Commissioner Sardra here, Commissioner Bilstein here. We have Cor.

4:03 – 4:36Speaker 1

Awesome. Thank you. And just for the record, uh, Chair Humeman is out of town and he's excused for today. We'll start off with our pledge of allegiance. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Thank you.

4:34 – 5:17Speaker 1

All right. Before we look to the consent agenda, we'll um call for any unscheduled public appearances. Is there anyone in the audience who would like to speak? We can't have you speak on or we can't discuss any items um that are not on the agenda, but if there's anyone who has any other feedback, speak now or forever hold your peace. Okay, seeing none, um we'll move to the consent agenda. We went through the consent agenda in um our prior study session right before this meeting. Um I'll look to the commission. Is there anyone who chair? Yes.

5:15 – 5:47Speaker 1

I make a motion to accept the consent agenda for September 3rd as presented. Thank you, Commissioner Quinn. Is there a second? Second. Thank you, ma'am. All right. All in favor of approving the consent agenda for today's meeting? I I opposed. All right. Thank you all. Um we can move now to member comments or announcements. Does anyone have any comments or announcements to go through tonight?

5:46 – 6:24Speaker 1

Mr. Sorry, and maybe I should have said this before the motion and I I know it was mentioned during the study session, but wanted to echo echo what staff said is um as somebody who works in the community and does outreach a lot, having over 1100 touch points on that um on the presentation that you guys gave us and working with the um the downtown regional area plan and zero uh in opposition and contacting the city is is immense work. I mean, it means you guys listen to people, means you took the time to contact them, and we said it during study session, but that's that's a lot of touch points to to not have negative feedback um or even catching anyone on a bad day. So, well done.

6:22 – 6:46Speaker 1

Thank you very much. Second that comment. Very well said. Any other comments or announcements? All right. So, looking ahead, it looks like our next meeting will be back together in a couple of weeks on September 17th at 4 PM. Look forward to seeing all of you there and have a great evening. Thank you.
