It is anticipated that the Committee may enter into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. s. 19.85(1)(e) for the purposes of deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. (Topic: Discussion and Possible Approval to Purchase Property at 515 Broadway Street, Baraboo, WI 53913). A roll call vote will be taken to go into closed session and return to Open session.
