Consideration to adopt Proposed Resolution Number (next in order) certifying the Election Results for the June 2, 2026, Special Municipal Election.
The Proposed Resolution Number (next in order) is entitled: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PERRIS, COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, RECITING THE FACTS OF THE SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD IN SAID CITY ON JUNE 2, 2026, DECLARING THE RESULTS THEREOF AS TO A CITY MEASURE SUBMITTED AT SUCH ELECTION, DECLARING THE ORDINANCE SUBMITTED TO THE VOTERS AS MEASURE B APPROVED, ADOPTED, AND RATIFIED BY THE VOTERS, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION, CERTIFICATION, AND CODIFICATION OF THE ORDINANCE, AND SUCH OTHER MATTERS AS PROVIDED BY LAW Introduced by: City Clerk Nancy Salazar PUBLIC COMMENT
Consideration to adopt Proposed Resolution Number (next in order) authorizing execution of an agreement with the California Department of Fee and Tax Administration (CDTFA) for the administration of the City's Transactions and Use Tax.
