Okay, do we have anything for the agenda order of business? Seeing none, we will move into the public comments. We are opening up the public comments portion of the LPA meeting. Anyone who would like to speak on this agenda or anything germane to this council, please approach the podium. Please make sure that you have registered with the city clerk. We will start with those who are preregistered and then move into any walk-in speakers. As a reminder and per our city code of conduct, we ask that all remarks be made in a respectful, courteous, and orderly manner. Personal attacks, offensive language, and destructive behavior will not be permitted. Let us work together to keep a forum that is productive and constructive for all. Item 5A, a resolution of the Mayor and the City Council of the City of Doral, Florida, sitting as the local planning agency, recommending approval of the NILF or going forward without a recommendation to the City's local governing body, a text amendment to the City's Land Development Code by amending section 53-128, use compatibility table of the City's code to add definitions for fitness slash sports uses and to update the compatibility table accordingly. Amending Article 6 of Chapter 68, including Division 2, Industrial Commercial District IC, Division 3, Industrial District I, and Division 4, Industrial Restrictive District IR to list indoor-outdoor recreational facilities as a special exception subject to special development regulations and further amending the permitted uses in the industrial commercial IC and industrial I zoning districts to conform to amendments provided for herein. Amending section 68-848 and 68-849 related to the downtown Dorado District to update business sports use terminology. Amending section 68-861 to clarify allowable special exception uses in the Dorado Core Overlay District Creating section 74171 indoor outdoor recreation facility to establish special development regulations. Amending section 52-5 definition to eliminate conflicting terms. Amending section 77139 to update uses on the minimum off-street parking matrix. Providing for incorporation of recitals, incorporation to the code, servility complex, and an effective date.

Item 5C, a resolution of the Mayor and the City Council of the City of Doral, Florida, sitting as a local planning agency, recommending approval, denial, or going forward without a recommendation to the local governing body, a small-scale land use amendment to the City of Doral comprehensive plan, future land use map, to change the land use designation from office to office and residential for plus or minus 4.95 acres, generally located at 3285 Northwest 107th Avenue, and providing for an effective date.

Okay. Same here. We can either hear the presentation now or recommend, send the item to the council without a recommendation and hear it at the council meeting.

Item 5D, a resolution of the Mayor and the City Council of City of Doral, Florida, sitting as a local planning agency, recommending approval, denial of approval with our recommendation to the local governing body and amendment to the city's official zoning map from Office OR3 to multifamily residential for plus and minus 495 acres for the property located at 3285 Northwest 107th Avenue and providing for an effective date.
