Case 26-16: Text Amendment Proposal:
An Ordinance to Amend the Kershaw County, South Carolina Unified Code of Zoning and Land Development Regulations (ZLDR), to Create A Zoning Overlay District Entitled Residential Master Planned District (RMPD).
Case 26-17: Zoning Map Amendment Proposal:
Applicant and property owner Timothy Epps, requests a change in the zoning classification of approximately +/- 1.73 acres from R-15 (Residential Development District) to B-2 (General Business District). The property is identified as TMS# 296-15-00-009 with an address of 853 Ridgeway Road, Lugoff. This is a general use rezoning request, with no specific development plans being submitted. Any and all uses within the proposed B-2 zoning district will be allowed if this rezoning case is approved by the Kershaw County Council.
