City Council - Special Meeting

Thank you all in the audience for attending the special call meeting on this Tuesday, April 7th at 5:30. We supposed to begin at 5:30. It's a 5:30 meeting. Okay. Grateful and almighty God, you come to us and for your wisdom to guide us tonight as you grant clarity to deliberate thoughtfully and discern wisely as we make decisions expeditiously that our discussions be grounded for what is good for the community. thank you, Madam Mayor. Agenda item number one, resolution amending the 2026 municipal budget in regards to the 2025 year endor to memorialize our ordinance or resolution which form was used to approve the annual budget and whereas The 2026 municipal budget was adopted by resolution and whereas it is necessary to make amendments to the 2026 municipal budget as described and detailed in the attachment for the 2025 year end budget adjustment. Now therefore be it resolved by the city council of state park section one that the adjustment to the 2026 municipal budget set and the attachment is approved particular thereof as details in the attachment are incorporated here in as 474 and remember section two that the 2026 budget adopted is amended to incorporate the adjustments and changes set out in the attachment. Section three of the finance department will ensure that the bud is kept as amended.

Item number two, a resolution amending the 2026 municipal budget with regard to the police department ordinance requires that an adjusted to the municipal budget requirements to be memorialized by ordinance or waste be used to approve the annual budget. And whereas 2026 municipal budget was adopted by resolution. and whereas it is necessary to make an adjustment and change to the 206 municipal budget as described in detail in the attachment. Now therefore be it resolved by the city council of the city of Michael of Arkansas section one. The adjustment to the 2026 mal budget set out and the attachment is approved. The particulars thereof as detailed in the attachment are incorporated in as set forth a word in number to number. Section two6 municipal budget adopted is amended to incorporate the adjustments and changes set out in the attachment. Three, the finance requirement will ensure that the budget is implemented as building seconded that resolution number two be adopted. Any discussion?
