1:25 – 2:060

Thank you. So, um the uh the next order of business is case 910 continuation. We we're not going to hear any testimony today. The applicant has requested a I think it was a two week to 30-day continuance. So, uh you know, at this point, we need a motion to continue to some date, but we need to pick that date first. I'm suggesting the 19th. just give give them the, you know, full four weeks to get uh the waiverss together and then for us to be able to review them and be prepared for them. Um, how does people's schedule look for the 19th?

2:03 – 2:410

Um, I don't know who jumps who, but the finance committee already has a meeting scheduled that night here. Yeah. March 19th. Yes, sir. They would get bumped up. We It's their budget hearing, so it's more likely to have a crowd. Um well we could go up to F because F is they have made it mirror image of this. Yeah. So we have Bill we have the zoom capabilities up in F now right. Yeah. So we can go up to F because they now mirrored it to this room. So we can be in F as long as and we can figure out who who goes where. But

2:39 – 3:230

Right. Usually we get here they get there. But if it's a big if it's a budget one or if it's combined with Z uh select board or something then they'll take it. But is the capacity all that different between the two rooms? They're identical. They both have 48. They're identical. Or what about the 18th instead? Uh finance committee has the 18th as well. I mean, I'm fine with the 19th. I'd rather the 19th than the 18th myself. Yeah. I mean, if we're all good with the 19 with just upstairs. Yeah. If we're all good with the 19th, I say we go with the 19th. What we do is is I can check both. I can check with finance because a lot of times they'll let me take this and then we just post what room it's going to be in.

3:23 – 3:560

Yep. It's either going to be A or F. I mean, right. And and I did get K's availability and she should be available on the 19th as well. Yes. So with that, I'd entertain a motion to continue case number 910 to March 19th at 7 p.m. So moved. Second. Thank you. Uh any discussion hearing? None. Uh Mr. Mahia, yes. Uh Mr. Waller, yes. Mr. Adams, yes.

3:53 – 4:370

Uh vice chairman votes yes. We'll continue to um that date n the 19th of March. And at this I'll turn it back over to you, Brian. Or I think he may have left his minutes. Yep. Has I haven't had a chance to review those. Has anyone reviewed them? I actually haven't. If you want to bump them. Now, we do have a meeting next week which is the continuation of um Waterville Street and Birch Lane. They have also asked for continuence. Both of them. It's it's the corner of Birch and Waterville.

4:35 – 5:190

Oh, Waterville and um their attorney is unavailable next Thursday. So that's another one where we'll probably just open and confirm. Yeah. So, so let's let's continue the minutes, but everybody should take the time to review them and be prepared so we can do them. And you know, if if that's the only thing I wasn't there a new case you were asking about. There's a new case that just came in. Um, so I don't know if you want to because we got to continue next week. So if you want to continue next week and add this one to it, then we can. I guess that makes sense. Brian has has an opinion, but that probably makes sense. So yeah. Yeah. So I I'm I Let's push off these minutes. That's what I say. Yep. I agree. Okay.

5:20 – 5:460

I move wejourn. Second. All right. Motion made and seconded. Mr. Mr. Media. Yes. Mr. McCusker. Yes. Mr. Adams. Yes. Mr. MJan. Yes. Mr. Thomas. Yes, chairman votes. Yes, we're adjourned. Thanks.
