All right, it is currently 5 p.m. We need a minimum four members of the board to proceed. We are trying to locate a couple additional members, so we're gonna wait a few minutes and see if we can get a quorum. You have obviously the opportunity if you want a table and come back next month, but we're trying to get a quorum to have a meeting tonight. So we will convene as soon as we possibly can, thanks. all right ladies and gentlemen i hate to do this but we are not going to be able to get a quorum tonight so we will not have a meeting tonight all the items will be moved to the next regularly scheduled planning board meeting my apologies for your time for in attending and i wish we could do it but unfortunately we can find one but we need a minimum of four and we're not going to have a quorum tonight so my apologies on on the waste of your time getting here.
