There was a discussion that there was we're going to be some accommodation and Yes. So, we have our friends here from Syracuse University, and I believe they submitted a letter last week committing to pay for the cost of the signs and striping. I believe that was disseminated by the clerk. Did I just send it to I copy? I'll get a copy before I'll get I'll get a copy. But other than that, I think we should be ready with item 11. Great. There's no updates. I don't think out of the plan. Did you get an update? I I didn't get I did not get an update.
Update on what, Marty? Are you talking about 29? Oh, okay. All right. You got it. I'll look for it. Let me check the supplement. Yeah, the schedule A was added 29. It's in your packet. All right. Thank you. Yes, I'm fine. Thank you. All right. Thank you. Sorry, Council Mo. Thank you, Madam President. I have items 31 through 40. Um 31 is good to go unless anybody has any questions. 32 is good to go. 33, 34, 35, 36, and 37 we're holding for a meeting.
33 through 36. Thanks. 33 counselor. Yes. Um actually like you can go ahead on and resend 33 if you want. Uh it it doesn't matter, but but yeah, you can um Yeah, I'll leave it. Go ahead. You're good. Okay. Well, we can resend. We can go ahead with 33. Yeah, I think it's 30 33. Yeah, we can go ahead with that one and then we can just uh we'll hold the other ones for the meeting. 34 35 36
I think I think it's I'm sorry, President 33 and 35 actually can go head on because um uh 35 is actually um ending contract and um we had to reduce their amount. So you can actually vote on 33 and 35. Okay, I stand corrected. Yeah, we'll go ahead with 33 and 35. 33. 33. Just leave it at 33 then. Okay. So, okay. With 353. Just leave 33. 33 can be held. I mean, um, vote. She's just trying to confuse me. Okay. So, 33. 33. 33 can be rescended. Yeah. The rest of them just 33 can be Okay. 33. We're good to go. We're hold 36. 4 to 37.
All right. 37. 37 37 37 is not held. We're not holding 37. Goodness. That's up to you. Actually, you're the only one. No, I guess we're okay. I thought I thought that was part of No, that's not that's not a part of it. Not part of Sorry. Um Okay. We're okay with 38. We're okay with 39. And we're okay with 40. Okay. So 37 to 40 are okay. Any questions moving forward? Okay. Councelor Williams.
Thank you, Madam President. I've got items 41 through 47. Um 41, we're going to introduce the table. 42 through 46 are ready and we're going to meet with Core Council on 47 for settlement. Yep. Thank you. Are you all set? Okay. Councelor Jones Rouser. Oh, sorry. Um, I have item 48. Um, we just have one quick question. Is Is Michelle here? Okay. Um, there was just one minor um possible error. The 50 from the um
council council budget didn't move over to 100. Yeah, everything did. Everything is cool. It's just an additional was subtracted. An additional was subtracted from addition. It's moved over. We It just doesn't show. No, it's No, it's right. It's We'll talk afterwards. It's right. It's good. Thank you. All right. Yeah. It don't show up. Council Romanto. Thank you, President Piagua. I have items 49 through 53 and all of them are ready. Excellent. Okay. And then uh
Oh, go ahead. Joe Barry, um item number 52, I just wanted to mention to the council we have an updated version that'll be distributed at 1:00. We just had to make some technical amendments to make sure it conforms with MUN code when it's um codified because it's a permanent general ordinance. And then um while I'm here, I think councelor Majoke for executive session, you wanted legal advice on the RFP process as well. So we just have to note that going into executive session. Excellent. Thank you. Thank you.
Okay. So the the only thing left in our agenda is to introduce but that's in our um next meeting, right? But um the waiverss. Yeah. Okay. They still um Oh, you know what? Well, I introduced that at the study session. Are these not my items? Yeah, it is. And and you let us know is it ready or not? Okay. So, Madam President, I believe that these are all correct and ready as long as there are no questions from my fellows. Excellent. Okay. Thank you. I wasn't sure who it belonged to. Yeah. Sorry about that. Any questions? No. Okay. Thank you.
I have a question that's not anything on the agenda and I don't know um maybe you, Deputy Mayor, can answer this question. I've been getting phone calls about the solar energy and I'm confused.
Good afternoon, councelors. Michael Collins, Commissioner for Neighborhood Business Development. Uh, so the solar energy program uh that was uh that's with National Grid that we had the recent mailing on, is that the one that you're asking about? Uh same as with National Grid though, it's supposed to be a credit to National Grid. It's you're you're correct. I I said that ineloquently. The uh for people that sign up for it, there is an uh up to 10% credit unless they are uh income eligible, then it could be up to 20% credit on their national grid bill if they so choose to sign up.
Here here's my question. I got a letter. I did sign up and I got a letter saying there's a $90 fee and that 10% would be subtracted. So then the fee is $100 then there's a $90 fee and so I would see a 10 per $10 savings but really I'm paying $90. That's conf the letter is very confusing and a lot of people in my neighborhood are asking the same question like the letter from the mayor's office said there was no fee but the letter we got from the solar company says there's a $90 fee. So that doesn't jive with the letter that I got. So um if you could supply me with a copy of the letter and we'll look into it and get an answer for you. Be very happy to do that. Okay.
My question dovetales. Was it a fee onetime fee or was it a subscription fee? It's a subscription. Somebody told me about a subscription fee as well was I when I was petitioning this weekend. Okay. Yeah. So if you just share that with me and and I'll send it to you. Yeah. It'd be happy to look into it for you. Okay. Definitely. and commissioner, what is the city's um community benefit for this? Like I'm not I'm I'm confused at why we sent it out.
So the um I can get you those answers. Um that although that ran through our department, the when we get into the details, the person who u was uh largely uh doing that work and got all the information is out sick today. So, just give me give me a day or two to have that person get back to back to the office and I can get you the information. Okay. Yeah. Okay. Thank you. Anything else? Anybody want to bring anything else up? A motion for second. Second. Okay. So, a motion for executive session. So, moved. And
clarify for the tax settlement and legal advice for the tax setment and legal advice. in the RFP to agenda credit. All in favor for every $1. Okay.
