ready to call the Planning Commission to order at 6:35 pledge allegiance please pledge allegiance The FL of the United States of America to the repblic one nation God indivisible with liy and justice for all roll call Brandon please PA here Eric crop Eric just texi said he will be here so I don't know if he'll make it okay Nancy Owens here Chris bamont here B Meer Brian heartley here Chad here okay we got approve the minutes from our April 30th 2025 meeting I assume everybody's any questions additions or subtractions if not I'd like to have a motion to approve the April 30th minut I'll make a motion to approve the Planning Commission minutes from April 3rd of 2024 second I second all in favor say I I I approve we have uh we don't really have any old business but I wanted to inform everybody that uh we have a few projects back on the agenda which is going to come to us one is the Hancock Wellness their PUD is or UD on Section e we got some stuff going on about that so we'll have to meet on that in a little while and then the bovic uh project the unit development district has all been established and everything so they're resubmitting that so Jim I don't think we have much more but if you have something you want to add to those two

projects that will be coming back to the Planning Commission no not this time okay good good so Ron you said that resubmitting something bovic is that bovic will have to because the time are laps they had so many years to break ground and they haven't done that but they also have some plans that they want to change so okay so they're going to resubmit okay okay okay and then that's all I have uh right now we'll do um any anybody else have any new business that we know of nope NOP no Jim you have J okay um then we have the reorganization we will elect the president a vice president and a secretary uh I'll open the the floor for nominations for president make motion to nominate Ron wall as the president of the I'll second I'll second any discussion I'll third it course any discussing discussion no oh those in favor say I I motion carries vice president open the floor for nominations for a vice president uh I I should have told you Eric is the current vice president and Nancy is the uh secretary I'll nominate Bill NE can he be can he be since he's on councel don't we have legal but legal's not set up can can a council member uh pain an office on the Planning Commission yes okay there we go okay we need a second for that bill neire for

vice president I second motion any discussion all those in favor say I I now I need a nomination for secretary I nominate Nancy Owens I have a second on that motion I'll second that motion any discussion all in favor say I I I thank you we have new set of officers um right now I'd like to make a motion to retain our legal uh for the 2025 year that's kgr Krueger gratus and regen and and uh we we ask that they maintain this year so if I had a second for that motion they will be are legal for 2025 second that any discussion about that okay all in favor say I I I okay and then the final is I need a motion to accept or to have Brenda as our recording secretary I'll make a motion that Brenda serve as our recording secretary she didn't like that too much second I'll second all those in favor say I I I can I amend that motion to also include that Ron Wally has to be the president forever no we won't have to each year we'll make sure that that's the case there was something about 10 and three meetings I remember from the B you can participate by Zoom yeah wherever you are in the world good thing yeah yeah and uh for the any of the council members if you ever want to see anything from the Hancock health or the bovic or the new project the the projects that we've done the approvals that the board has given and the Planning Commission I have stacks of the stuff but it's really good and and U I

make one comment and then I'll accept a motion to adjourn is that um Hancock Health has been a fantastic partner uh we we never have to question anything they're presenting although there is some mistakes that we find on occasion and they're more than willing to uh correct those mistakes but they've been a fantastic partner and it looks like we have one maybe two sections left uh of that development out there and uh to deal with them so anybody else have anything they want to discuss otherwise I'll accept a motion to adjourn I'm glad they're moving forward do you want to set up meetings in the next couple of quarters just mimic mimic what they did and we'll do whatever time you want to go 6:15 or 6:45 that's really if you have anything on the agenda 15 minutes is not going to do any good how about six that way there's 30 minutes 6 o'clock and then 6:30 right so that would be April the 23rd July the 23rd and October 22nd 6 p.m. 6m thank you for that motion to adjourn I'll make a motion to adjourn all second second all in favor say I I I
