A public meeting under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended, and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Request to Amend an Order of Conditions filed by Sourati Engineering Group, LLC., on behalf of Middle Point Bend, LLC, to allow the installation of temporary below-ground irrigation for the Project. The irrigation will be removed at the end of the third growing season, which is anticipated to be in November of 2028. The deck will support the sauna and hot tub and will be built on 10" sonotubes. All of the work and structures will be located within previously maintained landscaped area adjacent to the house.
