Okay, I don't believe there's any changes to the agenda order of business. I'm going to go ahead and open up the public hearings. The public hearing is now open for anything on this agenda. Or anyone who would like to speak about items for the City of Doral, please approach the podium. You have three minutes to speak in a respectful manner to this council. I have no comment cards at this time.

Item 5A, a resolution of the Mayor and the City Council of the City of Toronto, Florida, sitting as a local planning agency, recommending approval, denial of, or going forward without a recommendation to the local governing body, a text amendment to the city's land development code by amending Chapter 75, Public Arts Program, Certificate of Occupancy, Section 75-108.1a1, to include a requirement of an approved on-site inspection, amending Section 75-108.1a3 to remove the requirement of providing financial security and providing for an effective date.

Okay, I'm going to go ahead and open up public comments for... Item 2-6303, anyone who would like to speak on this item and this item alone, please approach the podium. Okay, being none, public comments is now closed. Madam Clerk, Director Fleck, no one has chosen to speak at this time. And now we will either hear from staff or entertain a motion to transmit to the City Council without a recommendation. Motion.
