I'm pretty sure that Mady had mentioned too that I have another presentation that I'm doing as well that I have to be off the call by 7. So it would be possible if I could be first to make sure that we get the presentation in and any questions and stuff that you may have and then that I'm able to also make it to the 7 o'clock.

Not a problem at all. We can just run through some of the preliminary stuff. And then also there's a number of people. I know Nick wasn't able to attend tonight, the chairman, and Dr. Schiavone was not able to attend due to prior commitments. So I was going to propose to the committee that some of the new business that we move out to the next meeting, because some of that historic perspective is very beneficial as we're evaluating some of the financial impacts. Isabel, are you on? Because I have someone 74653. I don't know who that is.

Fantastic. Then let's go ahead and we will start running through. Forgive me, I don't have all of my notes with me during the roll call. First, I'd just like to start the meeting today. I'm Paul Jacob and call to order at 6.34 p.m. And I'd like to go through a roll call. Okay, Isabel, no. Marco?

Great, have I missed anybody else that's on the committee itself? I don't believe so. Great. Then next up, I'd just like to call for the approval of the February meeting minutes and then the, excuse me, then the March meeting minutes. And I need a second on those or if any questions that anybody has.

So last meeting, we pretty much said that we were going to defer everything for this one because we didn't have a few key people. So I'm not sure if we have that few key people in this one this time.

We have a quorum, but I was going to propose to the team tonight because some of the historical perspective we don't have, and I personally find that very valuable when evaluating certain financial decisions that were made or financial issues that are in place right now as far as going forward. But we'll get to that in one second. Do I have a second for the February meeting?

Okay, Sandra, thank you. And how about for the March meeting, even though that was sort of kicking the can down the street until April?

And there was also an issue in the last meeting in regards to, and I want to turn it over to Sandy, in regards to her secretary activities and some personal issues that she may have around that. So Sandy, with that, I'll toss it over to you. I don't want to speak for you.

Okay. I was not present at the February meeting. And when I was reading the minutes, I noticed that I was made secretary. There was I spoke with Nick and there was some misunderstanding. People thought that I had taken over for Gila, who was a former member of the committee as the secretary. But I hadn't. And I have some serious family health issues that I'm dealing with right now. And I just can't make a commitment to be the secretary. That might change down the road, but over the next few months, I'm just unable to carry out that kind of responsibility.

Sandy, I appreciate you coming forward so quickly on that. What I'd like to propose, is there someone on the committee right now that would be interested in taking over the secretarial duties, at least for the immediate future? And that primarily involves taking meeting minutes. And again, it's not because we record these sessions. The meeting minutes are just a high-level kind of cliff notes. It's not a detailed note-taking assignment. What we can do is we'll hold that off. I asked if you'll think about it and we'll hold it off until the May meeting when Richard and Nick will be back or anticipated back. The tax season is a rough time for CPA. So Nick is out today. And what I wanted to talk in the old business that we had gone over was updates in regards to Treasure Island Elementary School, the Village Community Center project update on the new village village hall and discussions of the the budget award for the finance office. And then going into the new items, it was some some items that I put on in regards to discussing some of the And I don't have a full background, but some of the stalled projects that are going on currently over on West Drive, as well as the Shoma property and a number of other properties, just have some discussions around the impact around those particular items. And what it means just for some of the financial forecasting that has occurred for the village over the immediate future, as well as the next couple of years. But again, and I don't want to take over the meeting on this, but I was going to propose that we, and I don't like to do this two months in a row, but sort of punt this down to May so that we can have some of the players in the call that would have some of the detailed historical perspective, as opposed to going over it again tonight and then subsequently coming over it again in May. So feelings on that as the advisory board, feelings, thoughts, is there something in particular that's desired to go over? Or do we want to stay at the agenda as originally proposed?

Sandy, I think your suggestion is a good one.

Appreciate that. Anyone against punting until the May meeting? And then we'll go ahead and add tonight's agenda to any of the new agenda items for next month.

I support that decision as well, because it's pretty much consistent with what we did last time. Even though we had a quorum, we recommended that we move it until we had the right people.

Okay. And Frank, help me out here. Do I just need a second for that? Or do we need to vote on the conclusion, you know, wrapping up the meeting early?

No, there's no issue with that. It doesn't take a formal motion. You see the will of the board members that are on and you just move it off to the next meeting.

Fantastic. Well, then, folks, with the word according to Frank, we're going to wrap up tonight's meeting and we will get to hear again. Yes.

I'm sorry. Can I interrupt? Are you going to listen to the auditor's presentation before or you want to leave that? The commissioner, Dr. Schiavone, already had it with the commission meeting.

And again, we can do that. The only reason I was going to put it off is many times Dr. Schiavone can add some historical perspective to a lot of that. And him not being on tonight, we're not able to get that aspect of it.

When is the May meeting? I just want to make sure that I'm available.

When is it? It's the first or second Tuesday in May.
