CONSIDER ADOPTING – Project Ordinance Amendment 25-10.001 accepting $100,000 from the Blanch and Julian Robertson Foundation, $25,000 from the Carolina Thread Trail Rolling Grant, and $5,000 from Duke Energy as matching funds for the Great Trails State Program Grant of $460,000 for the Rocky Branch Loop Trail project located in the Stanback Educational Forest
