You ready? Yes, sir. Okay. Good evening. We're gonna call this Monday, 04/27/2026 executive session of the City Council of New Braunfels to order. Mrs. Wilkinson, will you please call roll?

Here. We have a quorum. In accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Texas government code chapter 551.071, the city council may convene in a closed session to discuss any of the items listed below. Any final action or vote on any executive session item will be taken in open session. We don't anticipate taking any action tonight.

If we don't take any action, we'll adjourn directly from closed session. However, if we do need to take action, we will come back and take action in open session. Tonight, we plan to deliberate issues regarding economic development negotiations in accordance with Section 551.087 of Texas Government Code regarding Texas State Technical College. It is 05:01 on Monday, 04/27/2026 and we are leaving open session going into closed session.
