sure you got the spreadsheet you know we have you know even at a three percent tax increase we're 5.4 million in the red we have to make the cuts right so we have to figure out where where is the cut going to really hurt us and where is the cut something that we can manage to balance again because you know the amount of money that we spent to to make whole that fy 26 budget on the overtime is the amount of money that our finance director is asking for for new software and you know we don't manage on the finance side and we don't manage on the assessor side we don't manage on the treasurer side and give them the money they need to do their job there won't be any money the public safety side and so that's where it helps to be able to balance that and the numbers help us triage where the assets can fall if you will if that makes sense so it's not it's not criticism it's just a it doesn't help us if we don't understand the why and those drivers it's behind that
