Um, we're going to have the invocation by Commissioner Robinson and the pledge of allegiance by Commissioner Hernandez. Would you join me in prayer? Eternal heavenly father, look down upon your children, your servants, and have mercy upon us. Lord, as you have mercy upon us, let us have mercy upon others. Give us the courage to be kind. Give us the courage to forgive, to cooperate, to be colleial, to be correct, and to be in your will. Give us that wisdom, Lord. We don't have it by ourselves, but if you will loan us some of your grace, we'll do the best to do the right thing for the right reason at the right time, for the right person in your son's holy name. Amen.

So the number one item is motion to recess into executive close session pursuant to NMSA1 1978 10-15-1H2 for the purpose of discussing limited personnel matters hiring of a city manager in NMSA1 1978 10-15-1H7 for discussion subject to the attorney client privilege pertaining to threaten or pending litigation in which the city is or may become a participant. And um do I have a motion?
